Was not very clean, overall. Definitely needs a deep cleaning. Also need a maintenance man who assses the rooms and fixes broken things. Such as curtain that are broken and will not close properly. Just one example as there are many....

Arrived at hotel and no one at front desk- waited for 5 minutes then called the hotel and told “ I’ll be right there… watching the television “elevator arrived and gentleman went to front desk to check us in.
Hotel advertised a pool, so went to check it out- horrible! Dirty towels, dark and water dirty and still. Water slide was inoperable.
Also advertised bar, cooler with beer available.
Very weird place- sign out front covered with tarp sign “peach tree inn- seemed either to be closing or reopening!

The initial room smelled of mold and had what looked like semen stain all on the pull out couch when my nephew was supposed to sleep. The front desk got got us in another room for the night. The room he moved us to was way better but STILL dirty. The bathroom shower looks as if it never got cleaned. After the second night we was moved to another room because the front desk guy stated that someone else booked the room we were in. So now we were the third room and needless to say the same condition. I would not say in the place again or recommend to anyone. The room was very overpriced for the condition the room/hotel was in.

It was great to find a place to stay nearby cousins cottage in Coloma. The hotel has seen better days and it want cheap. But the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel was just Okay, the waterpark attached was a lot of fun. We stayed in the family suite for 2 nights, the door was extremely hard to push open and would not close with out pushing it hard to shut, it dragged really heavy on the carpet in a area that looked like it had, had something spilled and not properly cleaned up. The carpet was in a Very bad need of a shampooing. Walking around with out socks, there were areas that had discoloration that felt rubbery like they didn’t get cleaned properly, and after a shower and walking around for an hour in my bare feet they were so dirty I had to wash them again before bed. The shower/tub was outdated, the grout in corners had permanent mold stains and there was areas on shower wall that had bad flaws, looked like maybe from shelving being broke off? When u raised tub spout for shower mode, it would turn shower on, but not with full pressure, half water stayed running from tub spout during the shower running. Breakfast was limited compared to other breakfast buffets we’ve had at Hotels, but there was enough to get a full belly. We did have to ask them to refill multiple items that would run out and not be refilled without someone having to ask, not only food items but even with silverware and napkins. One morning after refilling Sausage pan (it had been empty for a long time), I heard a lady go back up and tell them it was still frozen….
The waterpark was a hit, so that helped our stay not be as bad as it could have been.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. The building was receiving some repairs while we were there, but it was very clean. Great location and only a short drive from anything you may need. The local restaurants are wonderful. The water park was perfect for us. I would definitely stay again.

First room they assigned had a toilet that was dirty to the point of unhealthy so I didn’t even set my bag down and returned to desk to get another room-
They’re spending money on painting the exterior but the faucet on the tub had a steady stream coming from it even after it was shut off -
Condition of 2nd room was only slightly better- bathroom condition is past due for maintenance- grout is cracking, gaps (large enough for bugs to join you in the shower) around fixtures need sealed.
Overall condition of interior is very rough and I only stay here because it’s close to my job site- might be considering tent camping at the KOA nearby as I know they have clean facilities.

I recently had an excellent stay at Peachtree Inn and Suites, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect home away from home. What truly set this place apart, however, was the helpful and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, offering recommendations and assisting with any requests I had. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay exceptionally enjoyable. I highly recommend Peachtree Inn and Suites for anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming environment.

It's fine but the treatment wasn't very friendly and they didn't have the pool open the two days I was there and we mostly went to that hotel for the pool

It was an ok experience. This hotel is overpriced but it is the only hotel in Watervliet. Breakfast should be improved if they want to keep high prices otherwise Pawpaw hotels are way much better.
They have a play room (arcade, not sure why this is not promoted). The water park is ok but is not inviting by the workers. I felt intimidated to go inside as if I was breaking rules or was not a hotel guest.

The property was taken was over by a new owner and they are not in the process of making the hotel pleasant for their guests. In my opinion they should not have open the hotel up to guest to stay. The floors in the rooms are filthy with spots all over the floor. The tubs were very old and rusted that we could not take a bath or shower with a peace of mind! We asked if someone could come and check the rooms before giving it to us but they wouldn't! I am very upset and dissatisfied! There were dead flies in the dining room. We had to change rooms four times because the rooms were not what we expected. Very frustrating! Rooms, 222, 221, 300 and 308 were not equipped with a microwave, phone, the heat equipment did not blow out hot air, curtains falling down, ants in rooms. When they gave us another room, 300 someone was in it! Cans around over the place and the beds was not made. Pool or hot tub was down due to maintenance. Everything was not in place as described on your site! Not happy at all!! I want a refund on our stay.

The location is convenient to the Interstate 94. However, it also contributes to the noise factor.
Room was clean. A little outdated. Peeling wallpaper. Very low water pressure on the 3rd floor. Could barely get enough pressure to brush my teeth and flush the toilet.
Breakfast as expected.

This hotel is in a be try poor state. It seems as it has been recently bought but the new owner had not invested into any renovations. It looks very empty like a lot of the furniture and decor from the previous owner was removed and not replaced. The elevator’s floor is falling apart, the button to the third floor was even gone. The carpet and decor look super old, the shower gel in the tub was empty and not refilled. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they could not find anything to provide me with some. A client there said he had the same issue too… The door to the room does not close unless you give it a hard push with your shoulder. It rubs on the floor. The curtain was out of its rod and hanging down on one side. The tub’s enamel was in a bad shape. Overall, I could not wait to get out of there. I spent only one night, fortunately. I stayed there because it was the only one available in the area close enough to Berrien Springs where my child had an ACT test. I would not go back there. I hope the new owner make some improvements, because it was not worth the $200 I spent.

My sister and I took our kids for a little get-a-way. We were planning to be at the little waterpark on Sunday then Monday to the beach in St. Joes. Great price, not too far from home, free breakfast. What would be bad?
Started with no rooms available for early check-in. There was NO ONE there. You mean to tell me ALLLL of the rooms on property were being cleaned? Then I asked to switch to a King. Nope all the Kings were booked. ALL of them? Ok cool.
Check-in at 3. My kids Love hotels. What kid doesn't? Go to turn on the TV for them while I get us unpacked. NOTHING on the TV is attached on the back. The remote doesn't turn on or off the TV or control the Volume. You must use the power buttons on the actual Tv. I did have to call the front desk to come and help and the guy did. Not very friendly but he did fix it right away.
The room was less than updated. The armchair was stained, the office chair was all worn with all the fake leather peeling off, the bathroom with not overly clean, the vanity had a big crack on the side pulling away from the wall and the door had some kind of water damage because the door warped because it was very difficult to open.
My Boys LOVE their breakfast. I wouldn't let them eat most of the food. I have never seen eggs and sausage look like that. They had just a crockpot of gravy. Nothing was labeled. The Milk was just in 2-gallon jugs. The apples had many brown spots and the one my child ate was rotten.

This property was so dirty and run down. The first room they gave me, the bed was broken
So I was given a 2nd room. In that room, the tub faucet was on, even when turned all the way off. As I was getting into bed after a very long day of travel, I discovered blood on my comforter under the top sheet/blanket they had on top. I was too tired to complain again. The hallway did not seem to have any type of air on and it was 95 degrees out. The complimentary breakfast, was very sad as well. The pool was fun, I will give them that. We played there for hours. The staff was rude in the hotel. The shower DID have amazing pressure, for a hotel. I would stay somewhere else if you can, even if the deal looks pretty good.

Rooms were filthy, they smelled. We got our first room there was giant stains on the bed. Switched our room and there was bugs on the pillows and behind the bed. Water park was advertised but cost an additional $20 to use the water slides. Would not recommend very rundown and dirty!

This property is changing owners and I believe if they hire proper cleaning staff and upgrade the carpeting (NO QUALITY HOTEL USES CARPET IN ROOMS ANYMORE!). Too many germs, allergies, dust for many👌. I believe they can succeed, but to thrive…they will need to spend some money on upgrades. Staff was awesome! Polite, kind and willing to help. The free breakfast is extremely typical, need to offer fresh fruit or SOMETHING healthy for the conscientious healthy eaters ! Generic yogurt doesn’t fall into this category sorry😉

Good first: quick check in, 3 queen beds available for family of 6, rooms appear to be made and ready.
The bad:
I walked in and the first thing they clarified was if I was there for the water park or the hotel. I booked the room thinking the pool was included in the price. It was not and was an additional $20/person. I wasn’t about to change the booking with 4 kids in tow. I would have considered paying the price, but based other observations from the hotel, I’m not sure the water park/pool would have been worth it. Things seemed dated. The pillows are small flat squares. I tried a wall outlet and it was really loose. The hotel elevator was missing a button and tiles. The carpet was stained and it just felt unclean.
The hotel worked in a bind (booked last minute). However, I would consider another hotel in the future.

We rented the hotel because we thought the price was with the waterpark/pool. If it has pictures of the pool I would assume it would come with OR at least say that the pool is not included. That would have saved me a lot of money.

We reserved the family suite as we had 6 people in our group. They didn’t have all the beds in the room that were promised and made us pay for a second room to have enough places to sleep. The rooms were dirty and the family suite had missing lightbulbs in the lamps and when mentioned, they never gave us replacements. Everything was not their fault or their problem. The water park was a nice space but the water was foamy and it didn’t smell at all clean. The bathrooms in the water park were very gross and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in the previous 24 hours. They have some basic things to do to bring this to a hotel level I would want to stay at again. I would rather pay that same money elsewhere in the future.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Lamps on night stand that we are suppose to use as a light and outlet didn’t work. The pool was very disappointing. The water may have been dirtier than we knew it. The pool floor was extremely slippery where when my wife and I both almost slipped and fell entering and exiting the water. I can see someone getting injured very easily unless that is fixed. The pool is catered to kids which is great but the only part for adults wasn’t even filled up with water. If they are going to advertise a waterpark it should be up and running completely

I made a reservation for a specific room type (paid extra for this room) and was then put in a different room despite having already paid for the more expensive room. We also had the pleasure of anxiously scanning our surroundings as another guest had their gun in their back pocket.

Thanks largely due to the exceptional service provided by Sam. He ensured a seamless check in process and even fixed the TV issue in my room.
Overall, rooms were comfortable and clean,, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a welcoming and comfortable stay in the area.

Everything good. Breakfast was warm wish there was toast or just a toaster for bagels they provided but there wasn’t any spread for the bagels.
Water park area was better than expected but the water was not warm.

I stayed at this hotel because we had a tornado go through our town and this hotel was cheaper. My father had stayed there a month earlier and his room was nice. We had checked into a mobility room online, not realizing it was one. Which was fine because we could still use everything. But it could have been cleaner. I felt like the bathroom needed more cleaning. The toilet paper wasn't even full or new rolls. The bed itself had clean sheets though they were obviously not new or the greatest condition. The side table had stickiness to it like a sticker got left behind and not wiped after. The curtains looked like it had possible mold. We tried opening the window, but had no success so not sure if it could even open. Was nice to have air conditioning even if it smelled. The free wifi was nice.
It was a okay enough stay to just stay the night and be gone the next day.

I booked a stay here specifically because it stated there was not only a pool but also a small water park. The staff was okay for the most part. When we checked in i asked about the pool as i over heard the front desk attendant on the phone say something about the pool but i didnt hear everything they said about it. When i asked they told me where the pool was....not what time it opened or THAT IT'S $20 PER PERSON.
The phone in our room did not work, the toilet in our room stopped working the second night after 2 uses, went to let front desk know and they told me they could move me to a different room at 1 in the morning. Other wise i would have to use the bathroom all the way at the opposite end of the hotel from my room till 7 in the morning when maintenance got back. Overall i packed up and hit the road at 2 am so i could get back home to my own WORKING bathroom. Would have asked for a refund but in the end i felt it wasnt worth the argument
