very nice stay...plenty of room

The rooms are generous in size and kept-up well. The free breakfast in the morning was diverse and very adequate. The hotel was quiet. The bathroom had plenty of good towels, and I appreciate a sink and shower that worked well. There was also a very large list of cable channels, maybe the most of hotels I've stayed at in the past. The hotel also had relatively reasonable rates. The room also included a small refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and coffee station that was customarily stocked. All around a very good hotel, maybe the best, in the area.' They do offer special deals for AAA and perhaps other memberships. Check with them while booking.

Staff was rude! It was a waste of a trip. I want to say so much more but I still can’t believe how we were treated. Spoiled our entire weekend & trip. I’m so hurt and disappointed

No hot water, and the bathroom sink took a long time to drain. Other than that it was a very nice, clean room.

Nice, quiet and clean. The pool and hot tub were not open. They weren’t sure when they would open. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We’d stay there again.

My husband and I stop here for a night. We arrived an hour before check in but ourr room was ready. The guy at the service desk was very friendly. We went up to our room. The was neat and tidy. The pool and hot tub were down, but over all i would stay there again.

perfect place to stay for the off road races

Everything, and I mean everything the hotel had was out of order. It's not the worst hotel, but I would try somewhere else first.

Upon entry in the lobby everything seemed nice, but when entering our hotel room, there was parts of the walls that were damaged in the room and bathroom and the room was poorly kept. There were spiders in the tub which we were in a rural area so I guess it can be expected BUT The whirlpool tub was very dirty so we could not use it. It had dirty spouts and spit out dirt chunks when we turned it on, there was Food crumbs in the armoire and drawers, and the edges of the beds were very dusty. We were only there one night, so I got Lysol wipes out of my car and wipe stuff down. It also advertises that the pool is open now for the last two years the pool has been closed and it does not appear that it’s going to be opening anytime soon, so I believe that’s a misrepresentation on the website for renting a room I could’ve stayed up the road For cheaper without a pool. The front desk lady was nice, but it looks like she was running dual duties cleaning and trying to work the front desk and was poorly stocked.

There was NO ONE there during the night. And unfortunately my daughter got sick in the bed. So at 1:15 in the morning had to go to the front desk, tried getting ahokd off someone for 20 minutes and the finally got the owner on the phone. I had to go behind the desk, get the sheets, and remake the bed at 2 in the morning. The only nice thing was the desk worker the next morning was so kind and left breakfast open a little later for us since we slept in a little later. The pool area was also closed, though it was advertised when booking.

The pool was out of order. The vending machine was out of order as was the ice machine. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable, but it appears as though there are things that need to be repaired. It could be coincidence. Other than that the facility was fine.

Pool, vending machines. Closed and broken. Toilet barely flushes. Breakfast barely adequate.

Limited staff available to assist with noisy people in the next room. We could not sleep, no management on site to assist, when we asked the people next to us to quiet the party down after 10pm they continued to mock us. The party was in room 101, we were in 105. We left at 10:45p after being there since 6p on the same day.

Barely anyone on staff, pool and breakfast are not actually available. Room itself isn’t bad, but it’s a ghost town sometimes.

Pools and hot tub closed without notice. Staff unable to tell us why.

Bar was not open as there was no staff to man the bar area as that is the reason i wanted to stay there

I stayed in room 221. I couldn’t make coffee in the morning because the coffee maker was missing the basket that holds the coffee filter… The shower needs maintenance! Shower head is pulled away from the enclosure. The handle to control water temperature and pressure really needs maintenance! There are two options, off or on and extremely hot! This is not my first stay. Something is always in need of repair. The cleaning staff does a great job! Management needs improvement!

I rented the room with 2 queen beds, refrigerator and microwave, thinking it would just be a typical room; but I would actually call it a suite because there was a separate living area with a pull out sleeper sofa and 2 chairs in the room with the refrigerator and microwave and its own large TV. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Crandon. On the downside, the pool and hot tub are closed until further notice, but we weren't there to use those anyway (I'd suggest calling and asking first). Very nice place.

It was a business trip. Overall it was good. Hot breakfast option were limited - only eggs. Thought there may be bacon, biscuits etc - it was the norm at other similar type hotel. The pool was closed for repairs - per front desk TWO years. That's silly - owner should get someone and get it fixed.

Super easy check-in and staff was friendly. We had 2 tvs in our room and both did not work.
