We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were in a suite and the couch was nice and comfortable. Everyone was very nice. We had a little breakfast from the cafe and it was delicious and their staff were also friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

They were renovating the lobby area, and so they had a partial barricade of 2x4’s and orange plastic fencing there. I felt that could have been done better. Some of the staff were not particularly professional in their dress or mannerism. The pool was not clean, with bird poop on the bottom, and it was adjacent to the highway, where a privacy and noise wall would have been nice. The rooms were fine, with comfortable beds and good AC. The lighting at the bathroom sink was not great.

Friendly staff, comfortable stay, nice amenities. I also appreciated receiving a folio to my email after checkout without having to ask for one.

I booked an hour ahead and they were organized and on it. Room was lovely and stocked well. We used the hot tub in the morning and had some coffee. Everything was well kept and easy. That’s what we want!

Property is currently under renovation but room was very quiet and very clean. Only annoyance was trying to read words on shower soap bottles. The green lettering on the green bottles should be revisited. Very difficult for those of us who use glasses to read!

Older Dark Haired lady who checked me in was less than friendly. Not sure why she was so grumpy? Also, hotel is undergoing MAJOR construction/remodel, Dust everywhere and is kind of just a mess. I would have booked somewhere else if I knew this.
Room was nice and quiet, AC would turn off when you leave the room so I always came back to a hot room, not ideal.

The place is normally great but they’re renovating and some things are closed down. Yesterday the fitness center and laundry room were closed. I wanted to use both. Everything else was great.

Greedy! As simple as it sounds. This branch in Paseo Robles and its hotel management are just about greed.
They just want the customers to suffer through dust, noise, heavy drilling and only care about making money.

We were on the first floor and there were several holes in the curtain. The bed was hard, and the bathroom door was painted sloppy with a different color than the rest.
