Older property in Moab but had everything we needed for a VERY comfortable night. Small room but had dresser, table, 2 chairs and a small kitchen and Bathroom. S
Spotlessly clean everywhere. WOrking hot tub in a separate building on property and laundry service. Coffee in room. VERY FRIENDLY. no breakfast but many restaurants close

On a busy street but a very quiet room with a comfortable bed. The laundry room was a plus for us after traveling for a week. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice hot tub was appreciated after a long day of hiking.

Front desk was very friendly. Housekeeping, even though had do not disturb out, knocked, opened door then seemed irritated that the room didn’t need attention. Kind of noisy. Heard people walking by, shutting room door and talking in hallways.
Quite convenient to Moab. View of the mountains was beautiful.

Center of Moab lots of amenities with in walking distance. The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable. The property is dated but clean. If you don’t like small spaces this place is not for you.

Mattress was bumpy & window didn’t lock. It was the only room so we stayed in it. Room was clean and staff was very friendly

Wonderful customer service at check in. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the nice extras. A great location, restaurants, brewery, bars and fast food within walking distance.

Location good. Only reason for not giving a full 5 stars was room was small. With two people, we didn't have room to open our two large suitcases without putting them on the bed. Loved the nook with fridge and microwave. Great laundry room.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to many food options (walking or driving). There was no pool on the property, but guests could use the pool at the hotel across the very busy street. The room was on the small side, but sufficient for a good nights rest.

We stayed at Red Stone with our dogs, they seem to have a great pet policy and it was an easy 5 minute walk to a large beautiful shaded dog park! Our room was tiled not carpeted which I thought was great for allowing a deeper clean between pet stays. There were a couple grassy areas and tons of waste bag stations around the property.
The only negative for our experience was that my husband, who has an allergy to cats, was definitely reactive when we were in our room. Maybe the previous guest had just had a cat in there, but there was definitely residual dander hanging out in our room. As soon as he would step outside the reaction would go away. He actually ended up sleeping in our car for half of the second night.

Great low-key hotel. Property is well taken care of. Staff was very friendly. The layout of the hotel and amenities were very nice. The only complaint we have was the room (mainly the restroom and floors) could have been a bit cleaner. There was alot of hairs on the toilet, some even on the sink. Also the floor was kind of dirty. I had to take clorox wipes to clean up the bathroom.

We had a pet friendly room (our dog was with us) and unfortunately it smelled like pet urine. The room itself appeared to be clean though.
The room was on the small side but for one nt (we were passing thru) it was fine. We had a small table and a mini kitchen area (sink/fridge/microwave). Handy.

The room was extremely small for 3 people. No seating options at all. No place for luggage. The rooms need to be updated. Would not stay here again.

Nice property, needs updating!! Bathroom was not very clean, wall had mold growing in the grout,, hard to see with low light in bathroom. Air conditioning, kept turning off and not cooling off the room.

We arrived late and left early, but the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect - clean, with everything we could need (including kitchenette) and the beds were very comfortable! Perfect location for exploring Arches National Monument which we did first thing in the morning.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was a little hard for me but ok. It was quiet, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again, very reasonable prices and close to down town Moab.
