Nice property and service. However, area around is very sketchy and unsafe.

Bedding was dirty and we couldn't get replacement but it was during a hurricane so can't really fault them. They also cancelled my reservation after they had called to ask if I was still coming. They found us another room, so ended we'll.

Overall the room was clean and spacious. The woman working the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Road noise is very noticeable and loud as you are right next to I-95

I really like the hotel very nice high comfortable beds, It’s almost like a two room apartment, nice and big. Full size refrigerators, table, microwave and dishes. And best of all, ITS CLEAN!! And close to everything. Very walkable, which I love. Nice pond in the front.

Another great stay at the Hawthorn Suites in West Palm Beach. Breakfast was goid as always. My room was cleaned everyday. The property inside and out is clean. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. I had a problem with no hot water one day, when i came back from breakfast, the problem was fixed. This was my second stay and it was great.

I like the property location and I like their complimentary coffee that’s available all day long.
I do not like the lack of friendliness some of the front desk staff have. Also the manager on duty Janet Sanfilipopo was extremely rude and made a situation go from bad to worse rather than handling it in a professional manner.

Nice but I stayed on the side of the building near the highway and it was very load heard the constant traffic especially in the restroom. Nice room, quick check in. Just noisy room.

Very good property and staff. Hotel is near I-95, convenient for travel but susceptible to road noise. Suite was spacious, comfortable and mostly clean. Bed was firm. Floor around kitchen sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned forever. Room shows minor wear.
Notwithstanding these quibbles, I’d stay again.

During our stay at Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach, we experienced a welcoming environment and friendly staff who made the check-in process quick and easy. The bar and lounge area provided a nice space to relax, and the room was clean with standard amenities. While there were some noise issues with the air conditioner and a whistling appliance outside our window, we were able to drown it out with the TV. The complimentary breakfast, although just okay, was a nice added bonus to our stay.
However, there were a few drawbacks to note. The rugs in the room could use some updating, and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, causing discomfort for someone with a disk disease. Additionally, a misleading sign in the 6th floor Lobby led us to believe we would have a city view, when in reality it was the name of a meeting room. Despite these issues, our stay was pleasant overall and I would recommend Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach for those looking for a convenient and affordable option for a short stay in the area.
