It was a short 1 night stay. Lobby is okay, breakfast is terrible and needs help. comparing to fair field inn that is very good breakfast. Rooms are out dated. however, bed and sheets are clean. overal 3.

The floor was dirty with spots the sink was stopped up we didn't have no washcloths to wash up in the morning we had to use hand towels and we asked the front desk about the towels he said there wasn't no more they was doing laundry. And they overcharge me

Staff and service were on point, they also serve real breakfast not just bread and cereal.

Very friendly staff as were there for a soccer tournament and they cheered us on while we were leaving. Ice maker didn’t work on the floor we were on but we were able to get ice in a different floor.

Anthony at the front desk check in was excellent in letting us check in early as we had to go to my brothers furneral. We were driving from out of the area

This has got to be the worst stay in a hotel that I have ever had. First I go to check in and found out that they gave my room away. I had to get a room that would sleep my family of 5 which meant 2 queen beds and a pull bed. After 45 minutes of trying to find a solution the guy at the front desk found a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch. Since we were there for a softball tourney everything around us was sold out we had no choice but to take that room. I still paid the $480 for 3 nights when I booked a suite in the first place. the manager did NOT want to discount the room for us even tho it was their fault for giving our reserved room to someone else. Second we get to our room exhausted it was 10 pm my daughter pulls out the bed on the couch to find out the sheets were never changed and were extremely dirty. I go to call the front desk to from the phone in the room to find out its not working. After walking back to the front desk to let him know the sheets were dirty the guy at the front desk tells me that cleaning ladies are at lunch and as soon as they would be back she would be right over. finally the lady came to change the sheets. I hop in the shower only to find out that the water shut off completely. After rinsing my hair in the sink I finally made it to bed only to find out that the sheets on the bed were also dirty. At this point it was 11 pm the phone in the room does not work and I was not going to go back to the front desk. I had to use a small blan

The hotel in itself was very nice. The carpet in common areas, especially the halls and elevator was absolutely filthy. Breakfast was not up to par for a Marriot. Rooms were very nice

It was a Monday night, so not a lot of people. Clean, quiet, comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was the best part of this stay, I could not ask for more helpful, kind and companionate people to interact with.

The power went out. I had to get another room at another hotel. I have a special need daughter. Horrible.

We changed rooms due to the tv not working and the room that we got changed had a soap used , curtain in the shower was dirty and there was hairs in the floor and wall on the shower , we are humans and we are not perfect besides that I loved the service just missed on the cleanliness

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very courteous. The fitness room was easily accessible, but I could not figure out how to make the television work on the treadmill. But it wasn't so bad, because I had music on my phone. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Very comfortable. The sitting area was separated from the sleeping area, so I was able to get up while my wife continued to sleep. I would stay here again.

Our stay wasn’t good. We asked for towels on the 2nd day of our stay and was told they don’t have any. So no towels to Shower with or for the pool. The power went out in the entire hotel in the evening so no lights , no air and it was hot. Not good.

Checkin took forever. Carpet in entryways and sharing areas very dirty I can feel my allergies acting up at the entrance. Far from everything. Get ready to drive a while. Room was very clean when we first arrived. Once we slept the night in the bed felt very itchy and felt like dust mites or trash in the bed. Restroom was clean mostly superficially. Food was not buffet it was complimentary breakfast if I had to put a title good thing we weren’t too hungry in the mornings because it was only 7-930am breakfast. No plates most days only bowls. No napkins. Sometimes food seemed reheated. It’s affordable but you get what you pay. Pool was mostly unclean and very cold water this is true. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper and trash bags every single day because cleaning was not given on a regular basis. Basically, yes, you have to do everything yourself. They did replace the fridge because it was not working on the day we got there the following morning it busted. But they did immediately replace it with a working one my props on that. The employees are very nice and helpful. I just think the owners are not too much into going above and beyond they do the bare minimum I would say that’s why the services provided are at minimum.
