A strong odor of urine was coming from my side of the bed. I didn't realize until I removed the sheet and laid down that bed was soaked with urine. Which lets me know that housekeeping didn't thoroughly inspect the room after the last occupants checked out. We did get another room after we complained to the woman at the front desk. She made an insinuating remark, she said " it showed we had checked in more than an hour ago instead of apologizing for the room being unsatisfactory. Anyone knows that being in the business of hospitality you treat your customers with respect so that they come back. This hotel may not be the Hilton but it can still be kept clean.

The room is just perfect. My mother loves this motel, and the check-in was real easy.

For the price, I can't complain. Most motels at that price say it has an ice machine and pool, but once you get there, it's out of service, and your room stinks, but not this motel. This motel is clean and smells fabulouso right through the door. The beds are not too firm and not too soft, and has a reasonable size screen TV with a remote that works😉.

When we arrived at the room, there was a half drunken bottle of Coke on the desk, the sheets were never changed. They had hair on them from the previous people that stayed there, the bedding smelled funny, and there was only one towel in the room.

Just an overnight stay due to the heat and no AC where we live. The room had no extra toilet paper and a view of the parking lot. The bed made noise when you moved around in it and was pretty uncomfortable but served its purpose.

Very bad customer service. I booked with expedia with 1 king bed. When checkin. Front desk. Said no kind bed. Offer me 2 queen. I was not accepted
. But she show me a room. Looks like. Went.in to look. Room has odor. Very bad. Unclean. And i didnt want to stay.i returned her key
And ask for refund. But she told ask call expedia. Has expedia call them. I did call call. Till now no refund my money. That night it was too late. Couldn't find any other hotel. We had to sleep in our car. Cold outside. On street. This case with expedia. Still open. Had been 5 days. Pass . Still no refund. Really disappointed

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed.
We were there at a soccer tournament the rooms were filthy, my neighbor found a roach in the bathroom, we were told by the front desk to use the towels in our room for the pool and that way he would exchange them. When we went back, he said he ran out of towels and he couldn’t do anything until the next morning
At 11 PM he knocked at our door with two clean towels
There were stains all over the bedding also

I'm glad it was only one night, but don't consider this room merits a charge of $112/night. Floors were not clean, base board stained but glad the bathroom made up for it. Iron board was falling apart. Needs a remodel, won't stay there in the future.

Orlando at the front office was very respectful ,helpful. I felt very comfortable asking questions he’s very familiar in the area and gave precise directions when we asked .he’s very much appreciated since we had no idea what to expect crossing over .

Great checked in at 3am was good experience right next to the border only thing is make sure you get your deposit back. I had to call motel to receive my refund other than that good experience
