After checking in, we finally found the room. I have a small 3 pound dog in my arms as I walk in to the room. I didn't even have a chance put him down, I walked in and turned on the lights.... cockroaches went running everywhere across the floor.. I turned around immediately and told my boyfriend nope we are not staying here no way in hell. We went to the front desk and my boyfriend told him that we wanted to refund we were not staying there. He tried to upgrade us to a nicer wing, hmmmm. We said if you have cockroaches in one room, you have them everywhere.

The air conditioner didnt work well during the day. It was very hot in there. There was also no toilet paper. Other than that, it wasnt too bad.

Obviously an older structure and shows signs of wear, but the room was clean and neat, towels and bed linens were bright white and clean. Glad there was laminate flooring instead in nasty carpet. Just an observation, not a complaint, was that there were no plates, utensils, no iron. Those are all available, but must be checked out from there office and we arrived late and were leaving earl the next morning, so I couldn't be bothered. No hair dryer, so it was a good thing I brought one.
Check-in was easy-peasy. Normally I would leave my key card in there room, but decided to turn it in and I'm glad I did. I met Dip (owner? manager?) and I'm glad I did. Super nice guy, very concerned about making sure we had a good experience.
Parking lot was clean and well-lit. Property was quiet. I did not feel unsafe at any time.
All-in-all, a very good experience. I don't get to Odessa often, but I'd be happy to stay here again.

The room I booked, king standard, they said they didn't have, yet when I got to the room it was exactly what I booked. The room was so run down. There was roaches dead in the cabinets and bathroom. The lock on the door was broken. There were messes all over the walls. They charged me MORE than what my reservation stated for the exact room I booked. Nightshift Front desk
guy was flat out rude. The girl was new, yes, but absolutely no friendly customer service. Housekeeping staff was the only up side. They were super friendly and helpful!

It was a very simple room with not even a plastic cup- no coffee pot even- but very roomy and clean. Front desk was difficult to communicate with and not very professional.

Just avoid this place..... we literally found a crack pipe behind the tv. None of the drawers had been cleaned and were full of trash. People were screaming in the stairway late into the night. Tires and personal grills were in the walkways. The people were nice enough but the place is TRASH.

I liked the size of the larger room, larger fridge and table. I didn't like that there were only 2 chairs and no sofs type sitting. Pillows were also flat and the bathroom was a little dirty.

Room was nasty, cleaning staff needs re trained on expectations. Lots of maintenance issues, most concerning is deadbolts on door wont engage. Not safe

Do not come to this hotel save your money you would be better off sleeping in your car. Hotel is very nasty no heat appliances sing loud all night towels dirty. The list goes on and on. Add a couple of dollars and go somewhere else.

The price was great. The towels and bedsheets had stains, but the room was very spacious. Overall it’s a good experience.

Had to change rooms because first room had very stained towels and red stains I hope was polish on the sheets. Not very clean at all. Seems many surfaces were not wiped down. No dishes of course in kitchenette or ice/ice trays. Staff was friendly and changed room promptly but it was only slightly better.

Great service, I got lock out of my room and they right away help me out and got me back in my room. I stayed for a week. Room was clean but room was bang up other than that I was satisfied.

The hotel is very dirty. Room service is very deficient. The manager is very rude. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes.

Gross! Everything was gross. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the linoleum. People were fighting all night.

There was blood on the wall in the bathroom. If it wasn't to late and was tried i would have done a complaint right there . It is my luck with these rooms.

My room was not clean. There was weed on the night stand when i entered the room. I spent about 2 hours cleaning it myself. I had to bye my own pans and plates. I had to by my own coffee pot. The refrigerator wouldnt seal good so a few days i found water on the ground from it. The stove top. Did not work very well. The knobs were missing and the stove top would shut off every minute or so, then turn on again.Overall i was not impressed with my stay here

It took front desk to get us booked in for 30 mins as my family seat in the care. I booked a smoking room that my husband would use when I left with the kids. There was not a smoking room open when we got there even called hour before to make sure before we stopped there. the hotel is dirty and old. no real blankets and pillows must been years old. no pot and pans to cook with. as well as this stupid stuff. We arrived late with our family at 1130pm. As soon as you got into the room the lady down underneath us was blowing our phone up cause it was loud. I couldn't even get my 3 babies asleep due to as soon as somebody got up to go to bathroom we were being loud again. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I liked that the hotel was pet friendly and the room was spacious. I did not like that there was loud people having a barbeque and drinking outside. The room had no trash can, no extra toilet paper (only half a roll when we checked in), the kitchen area was filthy! There was stuff in the cabinets that belonged to someone else...noodles found inside the cabinet and it smelled..the bathroom sink did not shut off all the way so the water was running the entire time. No bathroom trash can. The room is falling apart. Just bad.

I truly didn’t like anything. If I could get my money back I would. Filthy. The rooms are filthy. I had bullet holes in my door. The lock doesn’t work. No shampoo period. Off kilter toilet seat. Paint everywhere. Cigarette burns in the linens. Faucets loose. Loud outside. Hear people just talking. Just ugly. If I was traveling with friends or family I would have gone somewhere else. Whatever you do don’t stay here. Not ever. Sleep in your car. It’s safer and cleaner
