This is an excellent hotel with amazing staff! Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Hotel is also close to the highway as well to several shopping ateas (mainly Delta City shopping mall). It is also located in a quiet neighborhood so if you need peace and quiet, I highly recommend it.

Stayed in 2 rooms with family and a small child. Was nice and clean. The restaurant on site was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean and personnel are very polite, problem solver. I would like to recommend to add the security case in the room. ıt is very important to keep our personel belongings.

I was supposed to get a wake up call at 5 AM so I could get my bus to Sarajevo. No wake up call. I woke up on my own at 7:15 AM. I missed out on seeing Sarajevo, and had to eat the cost of my hotel in Sarajevo and the bus rides there. I had to spend an extra 2 days in Belgrade. I will never use Holiday Inn again. I never again will travel without my own personal alarm clock. I will no longer rely on the hotel to give me a wake-up call.
I do not throw away food. Ever. I go to get a cup of coffee at breakfast, and when I returned to my table, my food plate had already been taken away and thrown out.

They had only a couple of smoking rooms and I booked one of them, even though I'm not a smoker. And I did not expect that a 4-star hotel does not take care of many details. The room smelled awful of tobacco smoke, I think 4 star hotels can do a much better job of keeping it clean. The curtain and the floor were burnt from cigarettes, since it was raining that night and I was on the top floor, the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling, good luck in the bathtub. I immediately complained to the reception, but they did nothing to check-out. It's not worth the money or the stars.

The room was very disappointing, with unacceptable stains on the carpet, furniture and ceilings. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub which is actually a health hazard. Unacceptable for this level of a hotel

A 4 * star hotel that has services of a 3 *, there is no possibility of even having a sandwich if you arrive after 24 and in the room there is a very basic minibar certainly not at the level of a 4 * .

We stayed here for a afternoon/night while waiting for a flight.The staff on reception were excellent and helped us in every way possible also the waiter/waitress in the bar/restaurant in the evening we’re very welcoming.The hotel is in the business area but a taxi to the old town is only £5 where there are various tourist attractions, hotel bar and restaurant we’re very good for food and drinks.

It’s a large hotel and area around hotel feels safe. The room was large, and we were able to book a large room for 3. With a nice twin bed in addition to the queen size one, so everyone fit. The breakfast was nice too. No American drip coffee, but substituted with a tea.
