Beautiful traditional family run hotel on a pretty mountain side location, yet only 5 mins from the heart of the village.

Excellent service, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The food also was very good and nothing was too much trouble.

The location of the hotel is great with direct access to the ski slopes and a direct view of the famous streif piste, the check in process was very helpful, the view and size of our room was great, breakfast was well above European standards, the food was varied and delicious when we had lunch and dinner at the hotel
Spa facilities are sufficient, the balcony and terrace of the room are very good, the ski school right in front of the hotel is a great advantage, the hotel has an authentic and romantic atmosphere, maybe the curtains of the rooms can be changed, a few small decorative touches can be made to the room, we stayed very happily as a family

The staff and overall service was wonderful. This is a great location, walking distance into town for dinner/shops and walking distance from the gondola. We would definitely stay here again!

THE BEST STAY EVER.....our stay started with a warm welcome and perfect reception staff helping out with hiking routes or dog conveniences.
Location, helpful staff, top in friendliness Rasmushof can't do better ....please keep it as it is we will definetely book again

WE VISIT AUSTRIA (AND KITZBUEHEL) EVERY YEAR AND LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE AREA!!I speak German fluently but I think everyone here speaks at least some English!! The little village is quaint and small and most folks are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for skiing holidays. Easy direct access to two ski lifts, located right at the bottom of the slope, walking distance to the town center, location is perfect, and its very quiet. The hotel is much more luxurious than what you see on the photos. Very friendly and accomadating staff, they offer great service to make your skiing holiday a very simple and pleasant experience. The rooms are big and spacious, dining options are also great. The spa and swimming pool are excellent, its perfect. The only improvement needed is the sauna and especially thesteam room. Because they didnt work all the time and you always have to ask someone to make it start.very inconvenient.

Overall was great service, great food, big room. All our requests were listened to. A massive minus was the smoking in the hotel bar area that smelled up the entire ground floor and restaurant which meant we did not want to eat dinner in the hotel or enjoy the bar. Cigar smoke inside is just unacceptable. Another curious detail was the postcard with a picture of Hitler on it on the picture wall behind the spa. And one that says something with The Fuhrer. Also highly inappropriate and we suggest it is removed. We would probably not stay in that hotel again due to the above comments, and it’s really a shame as everything else was really nice.Skiing in Kitsbuhel is amazing.

Beautiful location near the Hahnenbahn in Kitzbuehl. Wonderful food. Superb customer service. Nice rooms. Great breakfast nook.

I had stayed here twice now, once in the winter for skiing and once in the summer for hiking. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the indoor swimming pool and spa area is well turns out and spotlessly clean. There is a lovely outside terrace which you can use both Winter and Summer, hot chocolate in the former and a cool drink in the latter. The food is excellent, there is a great choice for breakfast and an accomplished menu for lunch and dinner. It's a five minute walk into town and just a few minutes more to reach the Hannenkann lift. As a visitor to Kitzbuhel for eight years I have stayed in many of the hotels but I particularly like the welcome at the Rasmushof where all the staff are simply lovely.
