Stay was excellent, good location - walking distance to a couple of shopping malls - which unfortunately closed due to Corona virus during our stay. Staff are extremely friendly and breakfast chef, waiters and waitresses could not have been more welcoming and attentive. Breakfast had a wide variety of Indian and western food. Rooms are kept clean and beds are very comfortable.

Nothing much. Overall doesn’t speak about a Sheraton property having been a member of Marriot and SPG for long time.

Everything was great. Great service from Opi. We had a dinner and needed to bring desserts. She arranged for desserts and it was done beautifully and professionally.

Comfortable stay. The hotel is neither spartan nor overly luxurious. It is very conveniently located in the heart of Whitefield in Bangalore. If Whitefield is where you are headed then this is a perfect location. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The window overlooks a green patch with lots of trees. Felt like being close to nature as well.

Breakfast and dinner were ok but not stellar for me. I have had more and better choices of food but I also understand it is hard to cater to a large international crowd. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. They were helpful. Two things I didn’t like about my room was the air conditioning sucked. Very old school controls. My room barely got comfortable. It only got up to 85 degrees outside so it wasn’t like was 110 or something. Next is how hard people’s room doors slam shut. People were up at all hours making a ton of noise going in and out of their rooms.

Very good hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. I feel that breakfast can improve a bit by having a little bit more varieties. I like Wifi as it has got pretty good speed

I stayed in this hotel for 6 weeks as a result of having to extend my stay for work. The service has been fantastic from start to finish with not a single drop in care and attention from the entire team. from Samrat and his team welcoming me to my room, to the entire breakfast team, from, Abhiskek who sorted out my daily omelette, Baby Naz who made tasty pastries, Swati, Susanta, Sushil, Sovon, Shashi, Aruna and Sobhul, and the rest of the team who served me regularly effortlessly with care daily. Not to mention my room which was kept spotless daily by Narayan and his team.This is definitely the place to stay if you are working in Whitefield, Bangalore. The location is convenient with a supermarket, forum mall and a variety of restaurants all within a short distance away. A gold star example for Starwood Group. Well done to Parveen and her team. See you in a few months time. :)

I was pleasantly surprised at the well designed and well equipped room. The staff gave me the room though I arrived very early. It is nice to see the staff being friendly and helpful. I fully enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The rooms are too small. I was in the junior suite and found it to be too small.

The staff made the visit - they were absolutely wonderful! Also, the rooftop restaurant was spectacular.

Very brief one night business travel

Its a no frills hotel with good service and comfortable room

The amenities are ok, but the receptionists were not trained too well. Last two times they made a lot of errors on my billing and it took me an extra 10 -15 minutes to sort it out.

This is my first time to Bangalore. I booked the hotel from Expedia. When I reached the hotel, I felt it is far away from city centre. But when I lived in there for several days. I was very satisfied with this hotel. The service is good and the breakfast is delicous. That was the best breakfast which I had ate in India. And also when I checked out, I can also asked them to change my bill cause there are some mistakes of my reason. So despite the location, the hotel had a very high price/quality.

This is a very convenient hotel to the IT shops in Whitefield. It is also within walking distance of the Forum Value Mall. The service is great, and the Oriental Blossum Chinese restaurant was stellar (both service and food). The other restaurant was mediocre and made me ill both times I ate there. The room was clean and comfortable - a welcome, relaxing place to come to each day after work. Would definitely stay here again.
