The room was comfortable and clean except for the shower had hairs from the previous guest. Everything else was good

Excellent place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Love the ceiling fan in my room. I stay here every time I go on a cruise about every 6 months.

The hotel itself is very clean staff is friendly. I think they need to install self closing doors. Around 6Am lots of doors slamming

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. Starting with the overflowing trash outside. The room was gross, their were blonde long hairs all over my bathroom. The floors looked as though they had never been mopped. The coffee pot had definitely never been cleaned. The microwave and refrigerator were old, rusted, and dirty. I refused to even try to eat breakfast or even have a cup of coffee out of fear of food poisoning because of the lack of cleanliness. If i ever travel back to Lufkin, i will definitely chose a different hotel. $150 for one night in this "hotel" was a definite rip off! I have photos, but the app is not letting me upload them.

This was the worst hotel stay I have had in a long time. There was hair in the sink and shower and the floor was dirty.

Our stay was great the staff was friendly and helpful the room was clean and the ac worked very well which was appreciated with Texas tripple digit weather the bed was very comfortable it was quiet so we got a goodnight's rest the only con with our stay is the cleaning crew was very loud and even though checkout is at noon they were knocking on the doors at 9 yelling housekeeping

This is a great hotel overall. The staff is friendly, and it is modern and clean. My only problem is the door to the rooms are not sealed by any means, and you can hear every single sound in the hallway. I literally heard a person open a soda can down the hall from my bed.

I had no trouble locating the property. Checking in was a breeze. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. The only complaint that I had was that the door had an obvious space when you closed it. That should really be fixed. I almost requested another room because of it. We were on our way to a college tour the next day so since it was only one night I let it pass.
The room was extremely cold and we had to completely turn off the wall thermostat to let the room warm up (tried to readjust but the thermostat kept going back to 68 degrees. This took several hours! Overall the stay was ok.

Breakfasts were very good! They had good variety, staff was excellent in restocking supplies and item were fresh and appealing.
I think we should have requested a handicap room. Toilet was very low and hard to stand up from.

The staff was very friendly and professional upon check in and check out. They were very attentive as we needed bedding for the pull out sofa and within minutes they brought our linens. The property was very clean as when you stay in an older hotel you never know what your going to get but I was very impressed.

The receptionist was unfriendly, borderline rude. She needs to learn that it is not what you say, but how you say it! My partner said, “wow, she is mad at the world”!
The internet was very inconsistent.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and confortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable, and some of them have private balconies or kitchenettes.

Reba was an excellent person to check us in. The breakfast was great. A lot of variety. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean and well kept. It was nice having access to a private balcony and having the small kitchenette for storing and prepping snacks. The bed and chaise lounge were comfortable. There was ample storage for travel items and a proper desk for me to work at. Overall a wonderful stay during our trip.

Overall great place with friendly customer service! But it seems to be getting older. Bathtub drain plug did not work nor did the USB ports in my room.
