It was really nice. Beds were so comfortable. Very clean. Will definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, they even searched to find us a pillow that was a little more firm. They have a reception dinner on Wednesday evening that was great and it included wine and beer. It was free for guests. There is an excellent restaurant right across the street from the hotel. Their free breakfast was very good also. The room was spacious and comfortable. They clean the rooms daily. There workout facility was well equipped and larger than most. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was very clean and beautiful. The staff checking in were very nice and welcoming, our room was spacious, the pool was clean and warm and the fire pit outside was perfect to relax around at night. There are several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The woman putting out breakfast in the morning was not so nice to anyone, but there were many options, and it was all very delicious. I would highly recommend it again.

I made a reservation in April at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, Beachwood, OH, location for my birthday in July. The reservation process & confirmation ph calls were great. The front desk personnel via the phone were very courteous & helpful. When prompted by email/text to check-in the night before, I was not able to. Curiously, I was able to select my room, but the digital check-in & digital key options were not functioning. Upon arrival, there were guests waiting for their rooms to be readied, & I was third in line. The suite that I had reserved wasn't ready, so I was offered another one 'exactly the same'. Then the suite was changed again! It took a 'minute' to get me registered & program the room keys. Very nice front desk ladies, but slow. The main elevator was out, so it was a long walk to the rear elevator, & another long walk back to my suite. The suite was very spacious & comfortable. Having a kitchen complete with dishes & utensils was great! The cleanliness of the pullout couch pillows & mattress (stained), & the cleanliness of the master bathroom floor, was not the best. Also, the master bedroom had a big empty space in it where a comfortable chair & sidetable should have been placed. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, but could use a little love for the nicks in the woodwork & furniture, & cleanliness. Pool & hot tub were great! Complimentary towels were a plus. Checkout was fast & easy. The family enjoyed their stay, & I would stay their again.

I am really surprised after staying how well this hotel is rated. We expected more. Our room did not feel clean at all. Our side chair had huge stains all over it and needs to be replaced. We didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. The kitchen and table surfaces were sticky in areas and did not feel clean. There was a significant amount of dust built up on the door frame between the living and sitting area. Carpet was frayed in our room and unraveling. I’m not fussy about hotels but for how much we paid we should have had a clean, well maintained room. The laundry facility was nice and I appreciated that. Overall we would not stay here again.

Above and beyond expectations. The staff were so lovely. Friendly. Helpful. The facilities were very nice. Rooms was spacious and clean. The gym was great. Good breakfast. I will be back.

A/C did not work, we complained several times and because they were fully booked we could not change room. The hottest weekend of the year and we had no a/c.

The stay at the Homewood Suites in Cleveland Beachwood was Simply Marvelous. The staff there was so gracious and helpful. They would really pass any exam on helping/assisting anyone. The staff Wass Great!

Could not get key cards for one of our rooms for 24 hours due to CrowdStrike issue. All of their backup keys did not work. Every time we wanted to enter our room, we had to ask the front desk to let us in

What this hotel lacks in cleanliness, it sure has spirit. The room was dirty. The main sink garbage disposal didn't work, and the water backed up. The furniture in the room was dirty and stained. I'm just telling it like it is. Not going to lie, I was a little concerned with this stay. The staff, however, was super friendly and treated me like I was a valued guest. I appreciated that. It made the experience much better than expected.

We stayed there for a family trip! We had a suite. It was perfect. Bed was so comfortable. it was quiet at night. The surrounding area was clean, and safe, with food options were good. Right next to the highway which makes it easy to go to tourist attractions.

We had a great room, and it was close to everything we wanted to do and easy to get around. The morning breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel with a great variety of food, not just the usual everywhere else. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved it!

Bathroom sink in the suite was clogged and backing up. It was essentially unusable. Discovered late at night therefore we did not contact the maintenance dept. Shower could have been cleaned better too. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And I am disappointed that it is presented by Expedia in such a positive light.

Staff was very courteous. When I identified that sink drain was stuck in place, a maintenance staff member immediately remedied the situation. I did not care for the full length windows in my room that provided access to a roof. I felt that they did not sufficiently close for security.

I had booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite for my family of 5 to break up a long road trip we were taking. I spend a lot of time reading reviews to make an effort to book the cleanest hotel possible. My room was on the 6th floor. The room was spacious for us all- but it was very… sticky… :-( the kitchen floor was sort of gross- you could find things stuck to the wall- there were a pile of food crumbs underneath one of the chairs in the living room. This was 300 for just one night and I was not happy. My parents room was on the 2nd floor which seemed in far better condition than mine. The bed my 7 year old was sleeping had a brown stain on the comforter- I couldn’t tell if it was unwashed or if it was just stained but I made her sleep with the blankets we brought. My kids wanted to swim in the pool and the pool was FILTHY. Anywhere you walked in the pool you could see your footprints as there was a thick dirty film all over the pool floor. I was honestly shocked at how disgusting it was. I couldn’t relax since we had the baby and there just wasn’t anyplace she could crawl without me worrying about what she was going to touch. There was also a hotel party or something in a room nearby ours and the hotel floor reaked of weed. I know that part isn’t the hotels part but the lack of cleanliness is.
