The staff was friendly and kind. My only complaint DO NOT go to 44 lounge (the bar in the hotel) absolutely horrible service, the bartenders there act liked you’re a nuisance and seem annoyed to be serving you. I’ve been traveling all day and just wanted to eat. It took about 15 minutes just to get a menu. Got tired of waiting, so I paid for my one drink left and went to Burger King

This the second time staying at this hotel and it is always clean and the employees are always helpful and kind.

Clean, well appointed rooms with large breakfast area a good selection of food that was kept well stocked.
Nice size bathroom and modern shower. The best part were the two wonderful clerks that checked us in, made us feel like valued guests and gave us great dining recommendations.
The property seemed to be well managed by how well kept it was and the mood of the staff.

I stayed at this hotel 2 yrs ago and was charged $30 pet fee when we didn't have a pet. I stayed here last week and was charged the $30 pet fee again and we didn't have a pet. When called to ask about the charge I was hung up on. I am convinced everyone gets charged the pet fee hoping the customer doesn't notice it.

The good: Huge room, clean, reasonably quiet, efficient friendly staff, great breakfast. The bad: Built in a strip mall parking lot and shares their parking spaces, train track 50 yards away, no coffee pot in room and no view excpt for a parking lot. No pool.

Excellent service at check in, very friendly and helpful. Room way very clean and comfortable. Very happy with the rates the day after the bike rally ended.

I stayed there last night (8/14/24)and staff was courteous and friendly. Today I called to question a charge on my card outside of my hotels.com charge, $32.61 at 5:19 am. The lady who answered was extremely rude!!! Referred me to hotels.com without looking it up, asking if I bought something at gift shop. No. Not at 5:19 am! Did not even offer to look my charge up then got extremely irate and hateful saying ‘let me finish’ . When I tried to call back she proceeded to hang upon me multiple times, then I called back asking for manager who of course isn’t available. Took my number for a call back asking what it pertained to. That was at approx 7:15 pm. 8/15/24

The most comfortable bed ever with the GOOD pillows. We accidentally landed in the middle of the Sturgis Bike Rally, so the place was busy and packed but there was still parking even with all the motorcycles. The man who checked us in was so nice and helpful and gave us such good information even though they were so busy. Great place to stay on our 35 hour road trip!

Newer modern place compared to others in area. Great comfortable rooms, easy parking, lots of dining options within 5 minute drive.

I was happy with my stay at the hotel. The room and bathroom were incredibly clean and the beds were so comfortable with an extra blanket that I didn’t have to ask for. The cleanliness and comfort of the room truly exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was also really good for a hotel breakfast. It had a variety of options including waffles, coffee, juices, sausage and eggs, toast, English muffins, muffins, cereal and milk, instant oatmeal, fruit and yogurt.
I would stay here again for sure.

The staff was friendly and true to the culture of Sturgis. Room was clean and breakfast was decent. Biggest problem for us was being able to hear the couple in the room with the adjoining door who were getting ready to leave at 11:00 and returned at 3:30 in the morning and was still in the mood to chat. Not the hotel's fault for the guest behavior, but our stay would have been much more restful if the noise through the doors wasn't so prevalent.

I couldn't stay. I changed hotels. My first room 409 had a blood stain on the comforter and an ottoman was so stained and smelled so bad I can't believe it was in the room. Carpet also stains. I asked to change rooms. Was given 102. Carpet stains, chair was filthy. No ottoman at all in that room. Both rooms had mattresses worn that you could see the indentations under the bedding. Mold in corners of the showers. Trash left in new room shower that should have been removed with any cleaning. Horrible experience.

I left a ring there and when I called they had found it and mailed it back. I’m very thankful for honest and kind staff. I needed a pen to journal and the desk guy was super kind and gave me an awesome pen to use and keep.

Positives: front desk staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, convenient to I-90 access, parking OK, Sturgis location fine. Negatives: Had to ask to switch rooms after initial check-in because of heavily perfumed room to mask smoking and/or pet odors. Hotel itself is in need of update - color of decor in rooms is orange and brown, no desk (only small, square table with no chairs that would fit under it to use it as a desk), walls and ceiling thin (allows lots of noise leakage), train track adjacent to hotel, no coffee maker or microwave in rooms, only 1 (slow) elevator for 4 floors, room prices high (especially for quality of property).
