Reception area very nice and front desk clerk very friendly.
There was a lot of noise in our room coming from the floor above. Squeaky floors, etc.

This hotel staff was amazing. The beds are horrible and the hotel is HOT. The AC in room does not adjust to lower temps (mine never went below 73) and the lobby/bfast area is hot as well.

First time at a comfort inn. I’m more of a Marriott guy myself, but I was in a pinch for a last minute place to lay my head. The hotel was just okay. You get what you pay for. The staff was outstanding at this location and made staying there a pleasure.

We liked the 2 bedside tables, most places only have 1. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not impressed with the breakfast selections.
The tv had to go through an update before we could use it.

The receptionist was very prompt and friendly! The room smelled like weed, there were ashes on the bed, the cushions on the couch were filthy. They did what they could to rectify the issues. The breakfast was really good. All the staff we interacted with were very nice. I'd give it another chance.

We booked two rooms back in Feb paid for them and got confirmation from you guys on both bookings one was comfort inn and the other is la Quinta. However when we got to comfort inn our rooms we never booked. The hotel said we had no booking and had to call your office they kept telling them it was your fault the booking was not made. But finally after about an hour later the mgr said he would take care of us so he called other people and canceled the rooms to give to us. Very embarrassing to our family’s. We we over to la Quinta and they had our reservations.

Everything was great but the tall breakfast lady was rude to ask my husband a question, he was looking for peanut butter and she came up to him asking SIR WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR ?!!! in such rude way Definitely gave me racist vibes but overall hotel was great!

The hotel smelled terrible..there was a very strong chemical odor in the rooms that burned my eyes and nose. There was a lot of mildew and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud..outside traffic and construction noise was awful. The rooms were outdated and dirty. Parking was limited. The area felt unsafe. I don't recommend this hotel.
