Decent place to stay if you just need to crash. TV didn't work well. Coffee maker missing a part. Thin walls.

The room was nice and clean. The building is being renovated but the staff was very helpful and friendly

The Service was great, but we did have a few issues. First the coffeemaker didnt have a coffee tray, but they did bring one within 10-15 minutes, the remote control for the television didnt work, and the Entry door was hard to open and close because the hinges were loose. I told the front desk the next morning and apparently from what she said, they knew.

We were originally in a suite. It was an unfinished room and the air conditioner in the bedroom section did not work. The night manager was hovering over the staff while she was trying to check us in. He was very condescending and rude to her. She actually apologized for him. She was doing a good job and was nice. The owner came down and tried to fix the air conditioner and finally had to move us to a king room upstairs no sweet. We had two bath towels they did not match. The lobby was under construction. Breakfast food was not very good, but was hot. In the rooms, not just our room, but others in our group the door did have an auto closing, but they did not latch. You had to lean on the door and make sure that to get it to latch closed. The first room that we were placed in did not even have auto closing door. It just stood open.

I paid for two rooms got there wanted close to each other they put me on different floors

Staff working later in evening, not sure if she was pregnant or overweight but young girl had a hard time commicating with,without getting yelled at. Had to reclean rooms when checked in. Other lady was very plesant. Owner seemed a little money hungry. Other than that was ok

Outside dirty, no place to get ice, overpriced

Front desk staff very nice, accommodating, and understanding. No issues. Feel safe. Able to ask for hygeiene, towels, and/or toiletpaper any hour and were given with smile on face no questions asked. Great stay!

It was wonderful to stay there quiet clean. Everybody was very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone, but I’ve always stayed at La Quinta’s and I’ve never been disappointed.

Whole property was under renovation including pool (main reason why booked). Elevators weren't functioning correctly either had to take the stairs better for safety reasons. Door only had one lock (deadbolt) instead of the usual two. No where was it stated it was under renovation!!!

Remodeling the hotel and should be a really nice place to stay

It was in the middle of a remodel rooms were all done tho. Nice clean & quiet considering construction work

Frieny staff, clean, spacious

Motel is being remodeled and is very dirty!! Carpets in hall way were very bad with paint all over.. room had a weird smell

They didn't inform us when booking there is no swimming pool, we were supposed to have double bed and only ended up with one. (had the rest my family ended up going it would of been a problem) cause the place was booked up! The showers were not warm. We only had to stay for one night so we just delt with it.

The staff was very friendly, but I wished I had known that the pool was out of order and the hotel was under construction at time of booking. I had my grandkids along and specifically booked this hotel for the pool. They were so disappointed that they couldn’t swim. Also the facility was being remodeled, lots of construction and our room door was difficult to close. Water in bathtub was very slow to drain so not very sanitary. Staff was very friendly and gave us tips on where to eat dinner and free breakfast was pretty decent.

La Quinta was being remodeled and front desk failed to inform me before reservation was made. Front entrance was full of construction materials. Carpet was half pulled with screws and staples on them by entrance to my room. Their was no hot water in shower. Carpet was soaking wet by airconditioner. Bathroom door would get stuck hard and wouldn't stay open. Pool was empty and work out rooms machines wete all to one side. Not the greatest stay for price charge, should have been less for limited uses.

Property wan under renovation however it did not feel safe for my son and I after checkin in. Although front desk man was courteous they seem to have another employee with their child running around and the facility itself under renovation did not look safe. We decided to grab another hotel.

I love staying at this hotel.

I understand that remodeling can be challenging, but there is no reason for the absolute filth we experienced. The floors and carpets were beyond filthy and even our room had base boards that were detached and laying on the floor next to where they fell from the wall. Additionally, we had someone from the front desk knock on our door the second night of our stay to see if anyone was in the room because they thought our room was empty. We will not be staying at this property ever again.

Hotel is under construction and a lot of things do not work. That said, our beds had fresh linen and the shower was hot. The staff at desk was polite and helpful.

Great staff and location

Although it’s currently being remodel (construction) is still going on, the Lobby, breakfast area and room was nice and clean.

When I booked my room, there was no mention of the renovations and pool not being in use.

It was an okay stay, but there were several issues. Internet did not work in one of our rooms and the tv did not work in the other room. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which could have caused some of our issues. I would still recommend staying at the hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I make a reservation online and I pay for it then they’re are trying to charge me again and need 250 deposit because the card wasn’t on file

What I would have liked is if, on your site, it would have said that the hotel was being remodeled and that no pool, no ice and toilet seats not bolted down, make for a not as pleasant of a stay as we have had before. We have stayed at this hotel before when all was good and will probably stay again but a warning would have been helpful. They also said that they would wave the pet fee because of the issues and that did not happen either.

I found out the property was under construction when we arrived. I was told by the manager ( guy) hat the lobby was the last to be done. I thought great rooms will be new. Sorta. We knew the pool was down, but the exercise room had construction material in it. There were no ice machines. My husband went down to let them know the ice machine wasn’t working. The manager said I’ll go get ice what room you in. He never brought us ice. I went down to the desk and asked about the ice, the girl at the desk said they are waiting for parts to fix the ice machine, but I can go to the gas station. They charge like .25 cent for a cup of ice. I explained I wasn’t trying to leave. Then back in our bathroom we had one pool towel and one bath towel. Our room was still under construction I guess. The soap holder in the shower had so much soap scum on it and a black hair on the wall of the shower. ( I have blond hair). When we went to leave the elevator was down stating it was loosing electric. I would not recommend this place.
