It was awful, the employee refused to stay at the hotel and I had to rebook him. He said it was filthy and the smell of mold was overwhelming. He tried to just stay, but once he got in his room, he said there was no way he would stay at this hotel. Hotel did agree to not charge and I am working on a refund from Hotels.com. This employee travel A LOT and said he has never seen such a horribly kept hotel.

The ceiling leaked water on the bed starting at 2:45am. The desk clerk said SORRY, that was all. She didn't offer to move us or come check on it. She said she would see what she could do about getting us a refund. When i checked out the new desk clerk said she couldn't do anything for me. No refund, no sympathy, not even another sorry. She said I had booked thru a 3rd party so I had to ask them for a refund. I'm asking now, I want a full refund! This was a terrible experience and i will never stay at another Fairfield property.

The room was just ok. Few stains on the carpet, missing a piece of the wall in the bathroom. Definitely not up to the standards I have seen in other Fairfield inns in the past. Need an update, especially with the brand new hotel that just opened next door

The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Nice pool area and close to everything.

After not being satisfied with the room given to me twice due to cleanliness. I told them i was not comfortable staying. They charged me anyway

The whole staff really made me feel welcomed and was willing to assist with any problem I had.

We had an ACA room. First problem was all the busted tile. Broken with sharp edges in the floor. I have a picture but do not see any way to include in this survey. Second was the shower chair was not for use with a tub. It was for roll in showers. Then the hand held shower would not get hot.

Tucked into the cloverleaf near I95, very quiet. Only downside is trying to go east on 40 off the property.

We had ants in our room on the 3rd floor. Had to request that the maid service to come clean the room and then they didn’t leave towels! We left early because of everything!

The room was comfortable, very quiet, excellent check in, I had difficulty finding a way from the highway into the hotel.

Bathroom door is hard to open and cracked floor tiles with patch worked. Room refresher is not installed and had bad moisture smell while entered the room.
After from that stay was good.
Breakfast was awesome and area was very clean.

When checking in we were told that we would not get our bonvoy points because we went through Expedia but we could call Marriot and complain and they would give us the points. She did not even offer to help us. The room was musty smelling, half the channels on the tv did not work, shower was not that clean. Would not recommend staying here.

Staff was friendly but there was no soap at the sink for hand washing and the run down property next door was an eyesore. Over just ok.

We had a very hard time finding the hotel. It was hidden behind construction. The desk clerk was not helpful when we called to find out how to get into the hotel entrance. There are no grounds or landscaping just a parking lot and construction. The room we had smelled musty. Had to run the a/c to keep the musty smell down. Not worth the money. Try a different hotel nearby.

The staff is unbearably uncurteous and unkind. I have never felt more ignored or unheard from any place I've ever stayed - and I myself am a hospitality manager.

First room smelled. After asking for a quiet room since I drove all day, the second room had many people in it and they were extremely loud. The third room had the pool pumps outside our window. $275 for a very negative stay.

Access to the building is awful- no signage on the driveway entrance that shares space3 with another Inn and a gas station.
I was pulled over by the local police force- because of trying to find the entry drive. NOT FUN.

Lobby area was nice. Staff was friendly. Room was worn out and in need of renovation. Bed was old and needed to be replaced. Sheets did not fit bed. Surrounding area was quiet, but was somewhat concerned about safety of parking car overnight because the fence to the neighboring apartment complex had been cut open.
