Taylor was super friendly and helpful. We love this Hampton Inn! The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The food area was so clean and inviting. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary soaps, lition, and hair care products were so handy. The pool and hot tub area was very clean.

Little bit of a bummer because the hot tub was broken and we told the kids they had one for our stay.

The stay was fine but I am extremely disappointed in hotels.com. I was not informed that there would be a $75 fee for my small dog. You need to be very clear about this. I will not use you anymore.

The property was ok. However, the front desk does not appear so friendly during the time of our check in. We came from long flight even if it was just domestic (SFO-DFW-CHA). I meant just a bit of being accommodating the least. I could not figure out if she is having a bad day or just is not happy of her workload. I didnt bother her further.

The mattress on our king bed was terrible! It was so soft you sunk into it. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. We have stayed at many Hampton Inn’s in our 47 years of marriage but this was the first time I ever saw Mexican’s being bussed into the hotel Kate in the evening, put into a big room, then see all them again having breakfast at the hotel, and thirty minutes later busses picking them up and tahini them to wherever. No have suitcases but just back packs! The American tax payer dollars at work!

The breakfast was very good. The television in the room was huge. The room was fairly expensive plus it had several extra charges tacked on that really built the ticket.

We loved staying at Hampton Inn Chattanooga - North/Ooltewah. It was so clean, the room was large, and best of all, the bed was SO comfy. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the Chattanooga area.

The front desk clerk didn’t greet us with a smile, the air conditioner didn’t work in our room and the only staff member (the front desk clerk) came to our room to fix it (no wonder she didn’t appear happy, but was trying to help) but as it turns out my husband plugged in the unit and the air started to work. I’m not here to bash the front desk clerk but for Hampton Inn to ensure they are properly staffed!

My son loved the smartest of smart tvs (hook up your phone) and the darkening blinds that actually worked. Small pool with a hot tub. Nice breakfast.

The living conditions were substandard. The bathroom had visual mold sediments. My family and I had an allergic reaction to it. I thought that the concentration of mold was high in the area however according to the weather reports it was not. On a better the check-in and out was seamless. I enjoyed that part.

I stayed four nights at this hotel. I wouldn't want to return, just because the bed was too soft and lumpy. Also, the bed was set up with a sheet and a too-heavy comforter. I slept with just the sheet because the comforter made sleeping way too hot.
So, the hotel failed to offer a comfortable night's sleep. On this same trip, I stayed at a couple of other, cheaper hotels with poorer facilities but much firmer, more comfortable beds. Give me the comfortable bed any time.
I gave this hotel a three star "average" rating because the high quality, varied breakfasts partially made up for the uncomfortable bed. Oddly, the breakfast room was always freezing. I sometimes had to sit next to the gas fireplace to warm myself up. And this too was strange, because the fireplace was going strong, while outside, temperatures were in the mid-90s (it was June). Weird.
