Spent 5 nights here and had an amazing time. Very quiet. Could not hear any of the traffic in the retail and restaurant district in front of Hampton inn. Have to give a shout out to Joe the maintenance engineer. My safety bar broke off in my bath tub my first morning there. I notified the front lobby and she promptly notified maintenance. Joe showed up a few hours later to fix the issue. They talk about Southern hospitality and Joe was the perfect example. Very friendly and let me know of the great restaurants in the area, especially BBQ. Which I appreciated immensely. Safety bar handle was fixed within a few hours. If you get the chance to interact with Joe, say hello.I loved my stay here. Front lobby staff was excellent as well.this was my 2nd time staying here. Will stay again. Btw I saw no roaches in the bathroom. Perfectly clean. Housekeeping was fantastic as well 😀

Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, 4 great feather pillows, good breakfast with great variety, easy access to Hwy.
But at 5:30 PM one room not ready yet. Reserved two rooms on same floor, but split us on two floors. Roach in bathroom. Even the clerk had trouble connecting us to internet. Trouble with TV in one room.

We had requested a handicap bathroom for my mom and they said since we went through Expedia they couldn’t help us. Even though our reservations showed handicap for my mom. So my mom wasn’t able to use the bathroom facilities. We offered to pay more just to help her and they said no. Terrible customer service for people with disabilities

Ok it’s Decatur…. One thing that turned be off was a giant roach / beetle in the restroom.. I must have startled it when I flipped on the light (lol) ok I know bugs happen.. just made me leery thereafter. Front desk staff is super friendly and attentive so that gets a “ ”.. would I stay there again? Yeah if I had to stop in Decatur.

The staff booked the wrong room type despite my invoice showing a 2 bed room, i got a single. The staff wouldn't fix the issue and offered no compensation for their mistake.

Clean, though room service needs to vaccum when they touch your room on a stay over. Conveniently located off 287, quiet off road noise sinse I never heard the highway. A/C in rooms worked well!

Staff working the front desk Friday afternoon 6/14 was very friendly! We had an issue with our toilet not flushing, maintenance was sent up immediately and it was fixed. Getting into the hotel was a hassel, there is a sign but it sits back ao if you miss it you have to backtrack onto hughways and grt off exit again.

Well, where to begin? Arrived on Tuesday 6/4/24 to find the desk clerk arguing with a guest. Then looked up to see the sign that read “ pool was area closed”. Went up to the room to find out the wi-fi was terrible and the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. On Wednesday morning, breakfast was nearly empty at 9:00am (supposed to go until 10am) and what was there wasn’t hot. Wed around 11:15 am, the fire alarm went off???? Thursday morning, breakfast was same and as I was leaving to head home, no coffee left in lobby.

The worst located hotel ever. They need a better lit sign at the entrance closer to the road. If you miss it you have to take a two mile journey through neighborhoods to get back to it. Not enough parking. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were bulky. It was clean and the breakfast was good.

Checking in attendee was very clearly unhappy to be working. Checked in at 2 am - had already called evening clerk informing of late arrival but intention to spend night. Given key, directors to elevator but not even a good morning, how was your trip - nothing just what’s your name, here’s the key and so forth. Have stayed here before and this was by far the worst attitude I’ve encountered

Nice place to stay but trying to get into the hotel to park with only one entrance was really difficult. Location of the drive was right off the freeway where cars are merging and the sign was not right at the drive.

The desk receptionist was not helpful. Locked out with a key card and she said it is too cold to work. Husband got a new card and it worked great. 75 dollars extra for a quiet pet is not competitive.

Excellent stay. Stayed here because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Pool was warm and hot tub was actually hot. We stayed two nights and the breakfast options were different each morning which was nice. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are in the area.

The room (room 308) I stayed was not clean. There was still a sock in the room when i checked in. There was dust on the furniture. Additionally, the air conditioner squealed the entire time it ran. Also had to pay a $50 non refundable pet fee for a puppy that never left the kennel.
Quite disappointed in this location.

1. Getting into the property was terrible, with the exit of the freeway right at the turn in. Need another way to get into the property.
2. For a handy cap room, the regular toilet was hard for me with bad knees and just had surgery on shoulder.

The property was good and served the purpose for our visit. Having the Breakfast was convenient.
