Convenient location for me.

the shower was too disgusting

The last night someone was knocking and talking at 4 am wouldn't let us sleep in the morning the parking lot was full you could barely get out.

All staff was very nice and friendly

Everything was excellent

I know it will be temporary but the construction just right on the back of the hotel was too much.but like I say it's temporary.

Wow. This hotel is really a beauty! From a clean parking to a clean property! Hard to believe its 15 years old! Breakfast was phenomenal! A lot to choose from compared to other Best Westerns ive been to in the world! I met 3 front desk receptionist and they were all very nice and helpful. And the house keepers are doing a fantastic job!! The A/C in the room was cold and the Beds were comfortable. Just need to clean the shower heads but the bath was nice size. Thank you so much to the breakfast ladies!

Our stay was great. Bed was a bit soft for us but still comfortable. Nothing fancy but it was clean.

Very Clean, easy check in, and great location near airport.

Overall ok hotel, had an early flight and needed a cab, asked rhr front desk to call one and they asked for a $215 pesos chsrge just to call the cab to the airport. We declided as there is Uber which rhey didnt tell us. Eitehr way overall good hotel but calling a cab charge wasn't the best.

Best in the West

I am traveling more than half monthly and doing this 15 years. This is the worst stay ever. Very slow or no internet connection so I had to used up my roaming data during two days stay here to work. Safety lock out of order, but the worst part was noisy. Some guests outside the court talking, laughing and listening to music from 11pm to 3 am. I called front desk at 1 am to control it she said yes but nothing happened. I complained next day but they don’t seem to attentive. Very bad.

Nice place

They sell items on site, such as drinks over the counter meds and snacks, their breakfast is very mexican oriented, but they do offer some other options.

All good. Met expectations.

Old building no updated rooms

We arrived to a double bed dirty room, sheets had not been changed or cleaned from a previous stay one of the beds had stains on the sheets and the other bed sheets was full of pubic hair. The shower head was broken and sprayed water out of shower and all around the bathroom. Shower drained was clogged and dirty water backed up. When asked to be moved we were told they were unable to and the place was sold out and unable to moved us. The front desk agent apologized and asked if she could change the sheets. However the shower issue could not be resolved until following day. As they only have a maintenance staff during the day in the afternoons. Unacceptable, a room should not be sold if it’s not in working condition.Over all a horrible disappointing stay. To top it off the pool was filthy and had an oily sheen over the top of it. I don’t record this place!

Nice and great experience

The staff is courteous and helpful. Supermarket and department store us well us restaurants a walking distance. I LOVE IT.

Front desk very helpful and polite and kitchen staff awesome.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is hot and made to order. 15 minutes to the airport.
