Being that all other hotels was booked that was close to my job which was 15min away and I’m being a IHG member. Candlewood suite had available rooms . So I was able to get a room booked for the days that I was there. So on my last day there I was a roach in the bathroom ceiling.

There were hairs in our bed so we didn't stay there! Housekeeping never changed the sheets, they just made the bed. GROSS! There were many long black hairs in the bed.

They tried to keep my entire $75 incidental fee and I had to report to my bank. Other than that, everything else was bad as well.

In a good location for where we were visiting. It was a bit rundown in the hallways. My main complaint is being given one towel and wash clothe per person on a multi night stay. The water pressure was great in the shower and our room was very clean.

I tried to cancel my hotel room while I was in LABOR. Literally LABOR. I was 38 weeks and they wouldn’t allow it.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. However the areas felt a little sketch and unsafe.

I stayed at the property for my birthday. I woke up the next morning to make some coffee and it was an old coffee bag still left in the coffee maker that had molded so bad, it was disgusting. I spoke with the guy at the front desk about it and he told me they would take $20 off my stay when I check out. I checked out on Sunday July 14th. I called that Wednesday because I see that I was never credited the $20. The guy told me he would get back to me. I haven’t heard from him since. I tried to dispute it thru my bank, but wasn’t able to. I’m very disappointed with them and would never stay there again. Even after the coffee incident, I went to chill on the patio and it was filled with spider webs and was infested with bugs. Don’t recommend

Very dirty. I went to target and bought my own cleaning wipes to clean the splatter on the bathroom door. Will not be staying at IHG again.

There was person sleeping in the fitness room, on the floor.
Prior to arrival, I tried for most of the afternoon into the early evening to contact the front desk or anyone extension but my call was never answered. I did call the national number and was helped immediately.
The front desk clerk was very nice when we checked in. The room was nice and very clean.

When I came to check in the first day I was in a lot of pain from an injury. All I wanted to do was rest. The employees were kind and courteous and made me feel right at home. Every time I came to the lobby or had an inquiry or needed something, the staff was warm friendly and welcoming. I want to mainly give Robert a shot out and make sure everyone knows what a helpful manager the Aurora, IL location has. Robert was beyond helpful and kind and always asking me if I needed help due to my injury. And he ALWAYS kept a smile on his face! The world needs more Robert’s!

I have stayed all over the planet ..this is the most hospitable group of people I have encountered. Very clean and organized. Modern , quiet and very comfortable rooms.

I booked my stay for 11 days for a work project I was involved with in the area. The first room I was put in had a refrigerator that did not work...the freezer did but it just created condensation which dripped on my left over pizza and ruined it. I was told I would be reimbursed but never was. I was then moved to another room and this one had a microwave that did not work. I had to take anything I wanted to heat up to the 1st floor...of course I was on the 3rd. Was told I would be issued a credit for one night to make up for the inconvience...never was. The manager and staff were friendly enough but it doesn't fix the maintenance issues.

The rooms only had one quien size bed. It was not big enough for myself and my two children.

We reserved a two bed suite and we were given a one bed suite. finally got a roll away bed but not blanket. The manager said that he would credit our room for the four night and that has not happened as of yet. The floors in the room were extremely dirty and very few if any silverware.

Liked nothing. DEFINITELY not what the pictures displayed. Dingy and dirty, smelled. Poor maintenance issues with lighting and dishwasher.

Refrigerator was filthy. Bathroom shelving was dusty. Conditioner was gone and there were no washcloths in the room.

IT’s pleasant experience to stay here , staff is very friendly and specially GM mr Robert Mandujano is excellent guy , he treated the guest extremely nicely, always available for help. He is 5star .

Didn’t even check in. There were windows open and some with box fans. Looks like a homeless shelter. Not sure why they are listed to rent rooms out?
