Everything was perfect from start to finish. We stayed with our little on in a Deluxe room and the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating. So many little touches that made for a truly relaxing and unique experience. Don’t hesitate to stay here! We can’t wait to return.

Our so called suite was a joke. It was a very simple large room . The furniture was less than simple and simply unacceptable.

The staff here is the best! The only issue I saw before arrival was no elevator. Nicole immediately started carrying our luggage up. The breakfasts were so delicious! Kept us energized for our days of hiking and visits at museums. I can’t say enough about how great the staff was and we had fun in the game room and made friends by the fire pit. Thank you to them!! The room was huge and comfortable.

I wish I could've stayed for more than one night. The staff is so welcoming and makes sure their guests have what they need to really enjoy their stay. The breakfast in the morning was really nice. They have a great assortment of usual breakfast items but with a homemade touch. And they serve a daily hot item as well. Sitting out on the porch eating my delicious breakfast, listening to the birds chirping in that gorgeous setting was such a treat. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area. My husband and I wanted a quiet and romantic getaway for our spring break. Hotel Mountain Brook gave us this experience and more! We stayed in the Raven Cabin. Despite being outside of the main lodge, we wanted for nothing. Our Innkeepers Jen and Chloe were so hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. All staff members, especially Pia, Nicole, and Tanner made our snowy, April stay quaint and comfortable. We loved our stay and our visiting innkeeper, Chloe, so much that we are visiting Silver Maple Farm, another Verdigreen property in two months. We highly recommend Hotel Mountain Brook and we cannot wait to visit again!

Loved our stay!! Friendly staff, great breakfast and had a cozy feel. Loved that they had filtered water and a glass bottle we could fill up. Completely snacks and drinks. Fun collection of DVD’s you could watch in your room. The Village of Tannersville was quaint and walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Very clean, very cozy atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again. Great for a weekend getaway or retreat to simplicity. We enjoyed the DVD collection! It was a nice touch. TV was a bit small, but otherwise great facilities. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, very accommodating.

From the minute we hit "Book Room Now" until the minute we left, the place was absolutely wonderful. Starting with the Inn Keeper, Leanne. She called to see how long we would be, turned the heat on in the room to warm it up and told us to be careful on the hill coming up from Woodstock. Then she was at the door to greet us. The room was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful and we found ourselves completely relaxed and laughing the entire time. There is a load of games and dvd's in the main room, just in case the TV goes out with the weather. There is unlimited coffee, tea, soft drinks and munchies. We felt like we were at a friends place. Can't wait to return.

Really terrific owners and staff

A wonderful and cozy retreat, and very romantic for any season. It was wonderful to have a fireplace in the room, as well as the two pits outside, as it made the cold nights perfectly enjoyable. The blankets they provide are a nice touch, and the fresh breakfast is nothing short of delicious (it was homemade pancakes for that morning). Amazing staff, as everyone is delightfully accommodating and friendly. Would be happy to stay again!

If you’re looking for a cozy lodge with friendly staff, and a wonderfully rustic, but not-too-rustic vibe, this is your place. We will definitely be back!

The staff were very accommodating to the guests and I who were staying there for my daughter's wedding weekend. The inn is cozy and comfortable and in close proximity to downtown Tannersville. I would definitely recommend Hotel Mountain Brook for an amazing Catskill experience.

We really enjoyed our stay thanks to Sandra, Ryan and the whole team. Everyone was nice and helpful, especially with our dog. They also provided great restaurant recommendations in the area and a nice homemade breakfast. There were lots of places on the property to relax and enjoy the scenery. We would definitely recommend!

What a cozy and delightful place! From the check in to check out, everything felt really special—most in part because the staff had so clearly cared about every detail AND treated guests like they were their friends. The rooms are so adorably decorated and comfortable, and the broader hotel is too—with additional sources for fun! The experience was everything we wanted and we can’t wait to go back :)
