It was a quiet get away for myself and my wife. The property was lovely and the bed was comfy. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a little gem. Our room was beautiful and very spacious with a sitting area. The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

Have been a guest at a wedding and last stayed here 5 years ago. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. But sadly the main interior and bedrooms haven’t changed, look a little worse for wear and could do with being completely refurbished. Food was ok, but menu not particularly exciting. A shame as a lovely building and location deserves better.

Room is clean and comfortable, staff very helpful and pleasant food good value and good overall experience. Still left with sense of grievance. I booked and was charged for a superior room but given a standard room. Same room as advertised as standard room on photo. (I complained and was refunded the difference but only AFTER I showed photos to manager). Also rooms are motel style range rooms NOT in Manor House which is impression given on booking site. Also confusion over meal discounts. Generally gives impression that it is over selling and under delivering which is a pity because if it told the truth it is good value for money. Problem lies with advertising not product.

Moonraker is a pleasant hotel in a quiet location. The rooms are a good size and reasonably priced. However the breakfast is very expensive.

Great value for money and access to Bradford on Avon. The restaurant seems to be pricey and the options did not appease us. Our room was small but comfortable, the bathroom was clean, but the little top window was broken and the flush did not work properly, the shower can be improved too. For the price we paid it was definitely worth it.

Nice size room away from the main building in a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to use. A good nights sleep as it is quiet, our room backed onto a field. Bathroom is spacious with a bath and overhead shower which was fine but could do with some TLC. Tea and coffee facilities in the room too. Friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble.

The hotel was clean and tidy the staff friendly and helpful. We only stayed the one night but would certainly stay again. Very good experience.

Upgraded to a nice chalet. Comfy bed and plenty of room in the chalet and bathroom.

The young man working day and night at reception and in the restaurant was so helpful and professional. We had an issue with our bicycles and he was very helpful getting us a taxi to the right shop for repairs. The food was great. The service was great. That view from our room was lovely. Our bed was extremely comfortable. We would happily stay there again.

We had a fantastic time at Moonraker, from the moment we arrived the service was great, all staff were friendly and helpful with anything we requested. Had dinner at the on site restaurant first night and it was such good quality food we chose to eat there again the following night. Beautiful quiet location but also close to nearby Trowbridge.

Location very quiet and peaceful. Booked on room only basis, and breakfast was available as an extra, but I thought the choice limited and expensive. For example, you could have an English breakfast, but it was too large. As a result, I only had breakfast on the first morning of a 3 night stay. Could hotel not offer a smaller cooked breakfast at a lower price?

Lovely character building, easy parking, staff very polite. Comfortable bed, great surroundings. Slept like id sniffed chloroform! Food is good if a little small on portion size, if you're a mans man, order sides. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Staff were very friendly and organised a drink for me when I arrived even earlier than the early check in I had organised. Only issue was blocked drains which there were warnings about in the bathroom.

The first room we was offered had clearly not been cleaned and still had a larger glass in it and the pillow case had not been changed as was all wrinkled up. We were then offered two more rooms, one so hot that we certainly wouldn't have wanted to sleep in it, the second was an attic room which although was fresher had a mouldy smell.

Staff namely Charlotte and Harvey absolutely excel in Customer Service! So rare these days. The food was exceptional too, thank you Chef. The rooms a bit tired but warm, spacious and very comfortable. We will be back thank you for a wonderful stay.
