Room was nice had a few places that needed work but it was great for a quick trip to Cincinnati for a football game, will stay again

Excellent hotel, only 10mins from Paycor Stadium and Great American Ball Park. Room was clean, bed was comfy. The hotel is a little run down but clean. it has the feels as if 20years ago it was one of the big hotel chains and was a 5* hotel thats now been taken oven by a budget chain that have set up shop in the shell of the former 5* hotel. Its now a 2/3* hotel but still has big hotel feels. I didnt use the pool but there were plenty families out using it and they all looked to be having fun, the pool area looked clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely go back next time Im in Cincy.

When I booked the room it said the hotel charged a $50 deposit, I get there and it's a $100 deposit. We go in the room which was supposed to be 2 queen size beds, nope 2 full size beds. I'm only giving it a 2 star on the staff because the guy that checked us in was ok. Hotel was run down, under construction but even at that it's run down. 1 bedside table in-between beds but so spaced out couldn't really reach it for either bed. Speaking of beds, this was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in in my life and I've slept on hideaway beds before. It was so bad I almost went.out to my car to sleep. The beds was so bad we paid for 2 nights and stayed for one. The guy working the front desk during the day was to busy on his cell phone in the dining area that he didn't even realize a guest , speaking of myself, was trying to ask him a question. Now let's talk breakfast, me and my 5 yr old son go down to get breakfast at 8am only hot food item was waffles,, and there was barely.enough syrup for one small waffle. The orange juice and MILK, was just sitting on the counter in like 2 quart size containers that you'd make Kool aid or tea in at home, not on ice or anything. Then on the muffins there was a handwritten sign on the dispatcher was in that read, " please limit muffins to 2 per person" spend the extra few bucks and find another hotel in the area. I typically don't do bad reviews, but this place needs to be checked on special pop up inspection from the board of health.

I think they are fixing the place up. Our light switch wouldn't turn the light off in the bathroom and the outlet didn't work in that area either. Air conditioner wasn't sealed up so you could light all around it. It was clean. No elevator. Not much for breakfast but it served our purpose. I'm not saying i wouldn't stay again. I just hope they get everything fixed in the near future.

Two nights- hotel is aged, falling apart and only partially clean. Breakfast was inedible, glazing on bath tub coming off caused back up. Tiles breaking on hotel facade, rotting door in bathroom.

In the middle of renovations But very clean and good customer service. The suites are really good size.

It was safe, quiet and a convenient location for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The stairway smelled pretty bad and there seemed to be a lot of unfinished structural projects. For the state of the place, the price was a little higher than it probably should have been.

This hotel was disgusting. Our shower had not been cleaned, there was blood on the curtains, it smelled dirty. Do NOT stay here, I want my money back

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I expected more since it was Days Inn by Wyndham. I should have known it was not going to be right when we pulled into the parking lot and it looked abandoned. The front desk has old pieced together furniture from a rummage sale, the doors do not let you enter with the key, they stressed the "non-smoking" policy but the room smelled like a chain smoker lived there. Not only that, but the comforter on the bed had cigarette burns/holes in it. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there were gnats flying around in the bathroom, the refrigerator was old, the microwave was old sitting on top of the refrigerator, there was water stains on the lamp shades, there were stains on the curtains, the sofa was dirty. I was told I was being moved to a quieter room away from the traffic noise, but I could still here the traffic noise. The door to the room had a 2" gap that you could almost see into the room, so not safe or private. There was no free breakfast available that they had posted on the wall. Everything had a sign that said "Out of Order". Nothing worked. This is not worth the money that we spent. Very disappointed in this stay. There was no elevator. No assistance. The water barely got hot. I wish I could get my money back. This is a "0" star hotel for me. I have pictures I wish I could post. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Decent room. Close to attractions in Cincinnati. Breakfast was only cereal, waffles and muffins. The room did have a musty smell. Had to run the air conditioning.

This was an okay 2 star hotel. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was high/ freezing or nothing. The shower curtain was loose so the water poured onto the floor. The breakfast was all carbs. No protein, but there was food…..

Need a remodeling

The owners are remodeling. The lobby has white marble tile and they maintain it beautifully. The breakfast area is prepped for the installation of wallpaper. The seating area in the breakfast area is great. There are a number of places that need touch-up paint, but the hotel has a lot of potential. The employees were courteous. I needed help getting the WiFi connected for my laptop and the man at the desk handled it. For the price and location, it was just what I needed.

It was well priced. It doesn’t have an elevator which makes it harder for people with small children who need to use strollers and having to pack luggage up steps was not very convenient when dealing with your child and their items. Property looked nothing like the pictures that were shown when booking

Look like they are remodeling a lot of the hotel. Had to switch rooms because tv in first one didn't work. Got to second room and phone didn't work and a few other things were missing.

no ice on premisis, waffle or cereal is only option for breakfast, no juice. looks like it was started to be remodled and gave up.

It was near the nursing home. Room conditions poor. No hot water, No ice machines were working, room old and dated. Pool was not clean. Would not stay again. Wyndham is doing a poor job.

no air conditioning in the central hotel, people partying and yelling in lobby all night, most of the staff was rude. We stayed in the king suite and one couch was broken, both doors got stuck over and over again, whirlpool had molding foam coming from it, our fridge was still filled from last person in the hotel, and when complained about the air due to asthma they said it would be fixed but no on was ever working on anything.

Found the bugs and cockroaches in the room due to uncleaned condition
