Gorgeous hotel no complaints except our room was humid and ac seemed to not cool properly (1236)

-room was clean, great location! -bathroom has a sliding door, NO lock, NO exhaust fan -very thin walls between rooms, we can hear the people next door -staff were grumpy, no smiles at all!

The check-in process was very inconvenient. We arrived around 4:10pm and was told rudely our room wasn’t ready and they would let us know. No one wants to hear that after a long drive. They ended up texting us an hour later. The room was clean, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was hard/firm and creaked at any movement. There would be random times in the middle night where we would hear a loud metal clanking noise that would wake us up out of our sleep. Overall we felt un-rested here during our stay and probably won’t stay here again next time we visit Lancaster.

Wonderful check in experience!

I did an overnight stay to attend Sight and Sound show. When I got back there were so many people standing outside to get in a club. Went to my room and didn't hear a peep of what was happening outside. My stay was quiet, comfortable and relaxing.

The stay was good, clean comfortable. But I went to front office because was charge three nights of use of part when we only stay two nights , they say the will fix that but never got an email with it fix on pdf .

Pay each dayday for WiFi Pay each for parking. And you climb uphill to get to the garage The breakfast isn’t free or continental despite staying in a suite that ran me an arm and a leg So would I stay in another Marriott?? No fgn way.

Amazing place

Property was beautiful. Rooms were updated and clean. Only issue was our AC, didn’t get below 77 which we will be contacting the property to let them know.

Wonderful location, attentive staff.

Hotel is comfortable, clean and pleasant. The staff is most helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help. It's conveniently located near many sites and a great location for walking. Parking is extra per night at a fair cost. It's nice to have the pathway from the 2nd floor to the garage without having to go out in bad weather or if you have heavy items. Wish they had a plan where breakfast was included. Although there is no shortage of good places nearby, sometimes you just want to start your day closer to your "home away from home." The plan could be optional with a specified cost. That way those who don't want to eat in every day can still have the option of going out. Thanks for an enjoyable stay and keep up the good work.

The hotel was like magical just walking into the lobby i felt like royalty and the gentleman at the front desk very personable and helpful with dining options. The room was gorgeous and the view was to die for i definitely have to return because one day or some hours rather wasnt enough to soak in everything thus jewel have to offer

Wi-Fi not good

This was my third stay in this hotel. Everytime the elevator has malfunctioned. I had to walk down six flights as no elevators were working when I had to leave hotel.

I was very disappointed in my overall stay. Overpriced but good location. The front desk lady couldn't find my reservation and it was almost like since I made it from Hotels.com instead of direct through Marriott she wasn't going to honor the reservation email that I had. The room itself was adequate, but felt moist when you walked in and the air conditioning really didn't get cold. The tub drained slowly so as I showered I quickly had a pool of water at my feet and the coffee machine was broken so when my husband went to make a cup of coffee water just spilled all over the place. We had to buy a cup downstairs at Starbucks instead. Go to the Cork Factory Hotel instead.

Overall the stay was good only issue was trying to check in. One of the front desk worker was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. I provided first name last name and confirmation number and she couldn’t find it and insisted we did have a reservation. It wasn’t until another worked got freed up and came over and helped and was able to find the reservation quick.

We had a great stay in a beautiful hotel and the restaurant options were perfect.

I liked the room and staff was very helpful. However if you are attaching your hotel to a venue for recommendations then it should be the expectation that people will check in early. Not the excuse of transparent check in times. You are making money from the bride and grooms recommendations. Your priority shoul be to accommodate the guests attending this wedding.

Stayed on the evening of my retirement, very clean, extremely quiet, friendly staff.

Many homeless people.

I was there for a conference the bar was completely full of my associates and they closed the bar at 11 and pushed at least 100 people out. The smaller of the two bartenders was RUDE. The mattress was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on a wooden board. Way over priced plus I was never told I had to pay to park. We have conference at hotels where we can socialize and congregate after meetings and this was not a good situation.
