Unless you wish to stay in a 5 star hotel, this hotel exceeds our expectations in terms of its services, and facilities. The location is also excellent, with easy parking in the back yard.

Excellent location in the village to walk to shops & restaurants. In a ZTL area so you must provide your license plate if you have a car but you pull right in front, pick up a parking pass and it's very convenient. Hotel is older but they have renovated the bathrooms & rooms are clean & nice sized. We had lovely balcony with gorgeous views. Didn't feel like reception was as warm or helpful as other places we stayed at during 2-week trip. Part of that could have been language barrier. They had a lovely music entertainment & reception on 1st night of stay & they do have events that they offer, free tours, etc. It would have been amazing to receive calendar in advance so that we could have planned for & enjoyed some of those options.

Great hotel. Room was clean and nice. Pool and spa very nice. Great location. Great breakfast. They should just tell you up front that you should park in city parking garage, which is close and easy, is my only advise.

Charming hotel with a friendly staff and in the perfect location! We had a great breakfast each day. The staff was very helpful with suggestions, directions, etc. They seem to take a great deal of pride in working there.

Everyone is courteous and always greeted you with a smile. Appreciated the hearty breakfast and servicel.The hotel participates in the Val Gardena program which offers a daily variety of activities and experiences which cater to just about anyone’s needs or activity level. We went on three different hikes and enjoyed a regional wine tasting. The leaders of all these activities were outstanding and beyond our expectations. We will definitely visit again.

Stay was great on location & service. Good breakfast buffet. Great parking right behind hotel. Only negatives was warm at night with no air & since we were in room 831 a junior suite, it faced the front of hotel & front street. And it was very noisy at night till like midnight to 1 am which made it hard to sleep since you had to have windows open for air. Also a lot of light at night which shines in to window in bathroom so had to make sure kept door closed at night.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The location is ideal. Our views were beautiful and the room quiet and clean. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. We got great advice about local hikes and activities. Everyone was great, and we’d like to send a special thanks to Sicilia. Thank you!

I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean.
We will be back!

This was my second visit to Ortisei, and this hotel was incredible! It really embodies the mountain chic with everything feeling very well thought out, which worked especially for our hiking adventures. The front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints except wishing we could have stayed longer.

This is a fantastic property right in the center of the beautiful village of Ortesei. Like the village itself, the hotel is very clean, exquisitely maintained and tastefully appointed. Breakfast was excellent, and Andrea at the front desk was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Worth every nickel, and I can't wait to return.

This hotel is located in a very nice area, close to shopping area, walkable to major lifts. Staff are very friendly and helpful to answer our questions and showed us the best option to get where we wanted to visit. The hotel serves good food too. We will stay here again in our next visit.

The Classic's intown location was convenient to both lifts and public transportation. Garage parking was just around the corner. The staff were remarkable and attentive. Knowing that at the end of every day the Sauna and Indoor pool were waiting for us followed by a wonderful meal and an awesome desert, made coming back a delightful experience.

We loved this place. We were able to walk to everything — restaurants, shops, the tram and gondola. There was parking behind the hotel so we just parked our car and forgot about it for the 4 days we were I. Ortisei. The hotel upgraded our rooms at no cost to us, and we were happy to have the extra space. Breakfasts were ample and varied. We opted to have dinner outside the hotel but companions were happy with the hotel dinners. We would return any day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Stetteneck. While there are plenty of options for hotels in Ortisei..this was more than comfortable, very charming and a Perfect location. Would stay again.

Ortisei is a beautiful small town in the shadows of Dolomite. We loved staying at stateneck. The hotel staff were very sweet and helpful. They were patient in answering all our questions about different hikes, parking, busses, history of the town and many more. The room was clean and modern. It was air conditioned, and in summer we will have to keep the windows open. Breakfast was very good. I loved their Croissants.

I stayed here for a weekend. Great location downtown and close to everything. Good breakfast in the morning. Clean room. I would stay here again.
