Really comfortable, large, quiet room. Lovely staff. Bathroom a little dated but very clean. Beds were very comfy.

Although the decor is contemporary, the units are well equiped, very spacious and clean. Excellent wifi and all the TV/Sky channels. Excellent heating and although on a main road, traffic noise is not an issue.

In the middle of winter what you want is to walk into a room and find it has the heating on, towel rails heating towels for you and heated bathroom floors. I even slept on top of the bed as the room was so toasty.
These people make you feel like a welcome guest.

Great facilities and very clean. Warm and quite. Our unit was fairly dark due to building design however our stay was very enjoyable.

Comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the attic room on the second floor. The kitchen was convenient, although it was a pity there was no tray in the oven. The staff were friendly, and I'm inclined to stay again in the future."

Solo traveling, I decided last minute to stay in Invercargill. The saint who was working the reception stayed late on her Sunday (St. Patty’s Day) to make sure I got in ok. Even had the room heated and had a biscuit waiting for me. I have to say I was overly impressed with amenities! What a place! Full kitchen with silver/glasswear. 2 smart TVs, lofted bedroom. It was truly better than many so called ‘luxury hotels’ I’ve stayed at, and the value for money of my stay was unmatched. I will be back.

This place was great. Really clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend. As a family of 4 there was so much space with a loft and a tv in the loft and downstairs.
The lady at reception was so friendly and helpful she gave us a few ideas of places to stop on our was to Dunedin which we flowed and had a great day. Wish I could remember her name so helpful and happy.

Very friendly welcome. Big spacious room. Very clean, TV had apps so very easy to stream content. Easy walk to town. Kitchenette well equipped, large bathroom. Housekeeping staff were lovely. The only things that let it down were: broken window handle (apparently were chasing up), broken bedside light, no recycling facilities (ie bin). If these things were sorted it would easiy be 5*.
