The check in host, John, was very pleasant and check in was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable, and also up to date. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

The hotel was nice, check in was easy. There was an unpleasant odor in the hotel and our room. Also, there was a dirty pair of socks in our room. Recommend a hood cleaning of the A/C vents. Those two issues aside the hotel was nice.

This hotel was wonderful! The hotel was very clean with no evidence of bed bugs. The employees were wonderful. When I checked in, I was upgraded to an executive suite at no additional charge to me. Hot breakfast every day. I would definitely stay here again!

John at the front desk was courteous and professional. He was very helpful when I had questions. I know dark carpet, hides dirt, and coffee stains - I was not a fan of the carpet in the hotel, because of the color, I could not tell if it was clean. My room was musty smelling. Probably from the constant use of the AC. My bathroom, and sleeping area were clean. Unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable. Additionally the mattress cover was not the type that zips closed. I prefer mattress covers that are sealed. Maybe during your next renovation vinyl plank flooring ( easy to clean) or a lighter colored carpet in the guest rooms should be considered. For the cost of the room I was not that impressed with the furnishings. The corner chair was a dark purple color upholstery- I did not sit in or place any of my belongings on it because I could not see if it was clean. The room was fine for an overnight stay.

Stayed two night's with family. Bed was uncomfortable. I literally sank into half the bed. Bathroom had mold on the door and ceiling. Room smelt like mildew. Swimming pool had a pair of glasses left inside and broken toys. Not a terrible hotel. Definitely needs a little TLC.

Confirmed why this hotel has lower ratings that other name brands in Bartlesville. Dated, almost no accessibility to outlets for charging in the room, including old bedside lamps without charging capability. Old school super small toilet. Musty smell to room. No complimentary water for room even upon asking. While mostly just annoyances, below expectations for a Marriott

When we arrived there was only one man working the front. He was not happy....I'm not sure what was wrong. He wasn't happy to see us! We were refused pool towels! When I went and asked I was told for every tool returned, he would give us a new one. We had no towels to exchange. We needed the towels in our bathrooms for showers. I asked for the bed sheets, pillow, and comforter for the fold out couch; I was told to come get it. I was told no comforter was available, I was given an old rough blanket.
The morning shift was MUCH nicer and helpful.
I will book somewhere else for our next trip.

The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and stores. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us out when we had a small family emergency. We appreciated their help and guidance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. And we can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
