Great stay! It’s an awesome alternate to cottage. I will recommend this for low effort and great return stay. Gurvinder was very nice and professional along with other staff.

The front desk staff were not able to give us any information about the area, discounts offered by local tour companies, or what to see.

Great hotel and the service was fantastic. Paid extra for a room with a view and there was no view. Be aware of that.

Surprised that they do not service rooms everyday only ever second which for the price they charge is not really acceptable and certainly not made clear when you book property.
Rooms have excellent facilities but no bar or dining room at property.

Nice large room, balcony with great lake view. Bathroom needs upgrade, old fixtures loud fan. Very nice pool. Hot tub was out of order. Excellent breakfast. All around enjoyable stay.

My young son and I had a great stay here as an overnight stopover on a long drive to Temagami. The hotel was beautiful, bright, clean, and inviting. Easy and free parking just outside and the hotel is right on the water. Staff were super friendly. I loved that the hotel actually had art to reflects where it is (beautiful Muskoka/Ontario/canoe scenes) rather than the boring modern art you see in so many other places. The boardwalk was great with easy access to some restaurants and ice cream.
I would certainly recommend and would stay again.

There were cleanliness issues upon check in. Staff addressed immediately and offered a room change or additional cleaning. It was a long weekend so I imagine prices were inflated but felt value for price was not good. Overall nice 3 star hotel.

Lovely resort. Had a 2 bedroom suite and it had every convenience . The pool was great but the hot tub was out of commission. Very nice breakfast in the morning. Lovely boardwalk around the lake which takes you to a steakhouse restaurant and also Boston Pizza. We were a 20 minute drive to Santa’s Village, which we were doing. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Old building with some needed repairs in the room (e.g. shower head, table legs, lighting fixtures). Clean rooms and good breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff. The common areas (e.g. elevators, washrooms) were not sparkling clean, but clean enough I guess?
