Great hotel on the Harbor. The convenience of a restaurant on site, and a gym was a plus. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Coffee available all day. We enjoyed our stay and the tiki bar right on the property was great, good nite life, can walk to town and restaurants, 1 Mike to fisherman’s village.

First room: View of highway, not marina view as reserved, clean room but bed sagged. Noise from highway-no sleep. Second night new room, toilet clogged from prior Tennant. No attendant at front desk. hotel person came up to room with plunger and asked me to fix the toilet. Moved to third room for stay.

Good place, but bathroom sink was cracked, and wall by the bathtub needed repair.

hotel was very nice. i arrived after a hurricane went through florida so the outdoor emenities weren't available. if i'm in the area again, i would not hesitate o stay here.

We live in the same town as the hotel. We were there because our home got flooded during the tropical storm Helene so we weee familiar with the hotel. It is a terrific place in nice weather with the Tiki area along the water. The rain during our stay was very loud dripping off the roof. It kept us awake.
The most unsettling thing was the double charge for our room. I prepaid when I booked. I don't ever remember having to tell the front desk clerk at any hotel that I was prepaid. This morning I told the clerk on duty. She said it would refunded once we checked out.

The room was nice but the shower floor was extremely slick. And there was construction going on and no said anything about it when I booked the room. Not right!

Location allowed for wonderful views. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Hotel was walking distance to terrific restaurants. Staff excellence stood out. We had a minor challenge with our room which was handled seamlessly by two outstanding members, Tony and Linette. These individuals are genuine assets to the Sheraton.

The staff and service were excellent. My husband and I stayed 1 night on the spur of the moment. Our air conditioner in our house in Punta Gorda was being replaced and it was unbearably hot at home. We decided to book a room at Four Points. We couldn't have been more pleased. The restaurant/bar were excellent for dinner and drinks a walk over to the TT's Tiki after dinner was what the doctor ordered. Will definitely recommend this to our guests and friends.

They kept my drivers license during what seemed like long check in process. They had my name, my phone number, knew what room I was in and I went to the front desk at checkout. You think one person would have said, hey...we have your license. Ignorance at its best.

Beautiful, though they are remodeling it is being done and there was no sign of it. They staff is fantastic, we upgraded to a balcony and it was a great experience

The staff was friendly & provided good customer service. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast at Dockside Grill (inside hotel) & the dinner & drinks at TT Tikki hut is really good. Live music & games nightly is awesome as you relax by the water.

Early check in was accommodated and appreciated. Corner King room was nice and comfortable. Pool area was great when not occupied by group who had been drinking too much. Overall was happy with everything and noise from street wasn’t an issue.

This hotel is right on the harbor. My room have a marina view. I’ll definitely book here again. The staff was nice and attentive.
