House keeping never came a single time. We were there for 4 days. We asked. Nope. They forgot all 4 days. They came at 4 pm one day to ask if they could clean. We had been gone from our room all day and then asked to clean at 4pm. Check in was slow. Breakfast was not good. My sone got sick from the breakfast burritos

The property was very clean and the staff were more than helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I reserved a double with sofa suite and it was so spacious for myself and my three children.

The room was musty. Mold growing on window, the bathroom had long hair on floor and shower. The shower gel container was empty. The bed had 2 huge dips on each side. The mattress should’ve been thrown out last year. Overall a huge inconvenience. I travel for work and needed a good nights sleep. Maybe got three hours.

2 Stays in a row at a Marriott and something is up with there water, this time low pressure, hard to take a shower, last time no hot water

There was a loud outdoor patio party that went past 12 midnight, and even after calling to ask the front desk to quiet it down after 10 PM, nothing changed.
It took 3-5 minutes for the hot water from the tap and shower - lot's of wasted water.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at this Springhill Suites. The room was large (we got the two queen bed with pullout couch room) and very clean. We really appreciated the split bathroom with a toilet and sink in one room and a shower and sink in the other. It made getting ready in the morning much easier. Breakfast had very good hot and cold options - my son said the scrambled eggs were the best hotel eggs he’s ever had (and he is very picky about his eggs).
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location and building felt safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again!

Found Bedbugs in room. I had one bite me. Room 207. Had no choice but to change rooms, which was not a problem but was a lot smaller room and my wife and did not get much sleep as we were afraid that room might be infested also.
