We always stay here. The staff is fabulous! Everything is always clean. The breakfast is large and good. There's always an extra flavor of waffle. We had chocolate and blueberry this trip.

Acceptable for our family of 5 for the night. Fit us well and it was clean. Walls were thin and we could hear others outside fighting through the night. But the room itself was fine.

We stayed here the night before the Atlantic Nascar race. Our check in was quick and easy and everyone was extremely polite and friendly. The room was nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable. We were on the first floor and it was super quiet. We slept great. Had the continental breakfast the next morning and it was great with lots of choices. Again, all of the staff that we came in contact with were exceptionally friendly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Convenient to I-75 and mostly quiet. There was a line at check-in at 8 pm, but Paul gave each individual friendly and personal service. Room har a sofa and desk. Bed was very comfortable!
Very bright lights everywhere. A little overwhelming in the bathroom which only has 1 switch for all lights and vent. The tub is very shallow and slippery. No towel racks only a small hook on the door.
So happy to see GLUTEN FREE BAGELS on the breakfast bar! Also appreciated the hard boiled eggs as an option to scrambled. More choices here than at most hotels. Staff kept everything stocked and clean.

The check in process took an extremely long time and initially gave me sign in for the wrong room. The room had an extremely strong mildew smell but it was too late to change rooms.

The check in was great. Then we were sent to the 3rd floor and our room was the very end. The hallway smelt like dirty gym socks. Our room didn’t smell much better but once we got used to it, it was ok. The breakfast was edible but not the best I’ve had

This location has been heaven sent! Whenever we are in GA we will be staying here from now on! Clean, safe, ALL of the staff from housekeeping, to kitchen to manager were so welcoming friendly and basically felt like family by the time our stay was over! Every staff member including the manager Tina greated us each morning with a "good morning and a smile" no one was ever to busy to acknowledge us in some welcoming warm way. The food was great as well! Many places I've stayed at the managers don't normally have time for guess and leave that to the staff, not Tina, she was always warm and bubbly! I was a travel agent years ago, many clients still look for my recommendations of places to stay and this will be at the top of my GA list! We will definitely be back! Thank you Tina and ALL of the Comfort inn staff!

The lady at the check-in desk was extremely rude at me for asking simple questions. All i wanted to know was why did i have to pay in cash for a deposit and she snapped at me and threatened to call the police

I had the worse experience of my life at check in
. When i went to check in with my baby i was told my room is gone and i already paid for it leaving me devastated. Then eventually the manager gave me a room. I ignore all the warning ⚠️ sign reviews and went ahead and stayed there

Upon arrival we walked in and there was no one at the front desk. Rang the bell and waited. We could see the front desk was connected to the laundry room and that there was a lady walking back and forth in front of the open door. Rang the bell again. Nothing. She passed again. Rang the bell again. Still nothing. I was walking around to the entrance to the laundry room when she finally came up to the desk. Not impressed with the service we received.
Was amazed that you could not change the input on the TV for Roku or iPad. Front desk said that was not available due to the remotes that they use.
Also, the channel listings were very incomplete. When we asked the front desk she pulled out a guide and handed it to us. When asked if that was in the room and we just missed it she said no. That’s weird.
The room was very nice. Huge really and in nice condition. The initial impression was damped by the guest agent and the lack of being able to use our Roku or iPad.
