Charming Inn in centre of village. Have to park for free 5 minutes walk away. Bedrooms up several steps so not easy with suitcases. Very nice breakfast. Staff pleasant but not effusive. Village of Veitshocheim on river Main with palace and rococo gardens. Several restaurants to eat in.

My visit was exceptionally quiet and enjoyable. Although my room was a single, I needed no more. The full breakfast (included) was very nice and the staff was always so helpful. Even though I am still working on my fluency in German, they assisted me and were very patient and helping me understand. They have a restaurant menu in English, if required. There is a Ice cream shop, Thai, and Kebab restaurant within 5 seconds walk of this Hotel, and a Bank with ATM's for cash. The Main river is but a short quiet walk away (5 minutes), and the Court gardens even closer and Ohhh so very peaceful and beautiful with greenery, statues, and fountains. This was a very welcoming visit, they also have a Family room which I asked to see on the third floor and will be trying to take my family next visit. FREE car parking as well (although 5 minute walk away near rivers edge) very safe and enjoyable. This is only 15 minutes drive from Wurzburg which is also a very hospitable town with Wurzburg Residenze and a city walking tour in English at 1100 most days.

This hotel is in a charming old style neighborhood and has excellent food and wine in the restaurant below. Its a great place to spend the night on the start of your romantic road tour. Breakfast was excellent and free!

We used this on a trip following de Romantic Road, and this hotel fit that theme particularly well. A traditional German hotel and restaurant. A good value. Nice location near the river.

We traveled the Romantic Road and were delighted with our stay here. Loved the little alley way to get to the hotel. Very clean room and breakfast was good. Only the parking was a small inconvenience being that it was quite a few blocks away.

This hotel is approximately 7 km outside of Wusburg. We were driving and hence found it convenient to retire to at the end of a day in the city. The hotel has a great restaurant, wonderful staff and a friendly, pleasing atmosphere. There are free car parking spaces 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel.

This small boutique hotel is gorgeous. The first floor is a wine room and restaurant with the guest rooms on the upper floors. I have never seen a hotel that was this spotless with incredible attention to detail. The location cannot be beaten if you want small, quiet and charming. Just steps down the road is a castle with a rococo garden. Around the corner is the Main river with a lovely little park. Excellent place for a quiet or romantic get away.

Comfortable rooms in a beautiful small town with a castle, garden, and other sights. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Can't recommend it more highly. We bought lots of jams and honeys to take home in our luggage, and the owner shrinkwrapped them in heavy plastic so they wouldn't break or leak. Good internet.

A real find right outside Wuerzburg. Very comfortable and with a great restaurant. Only negative: parking area hard to find and a bit of a walk, especially if the weather is not good.
