Clean & quiet apartment-style room with extremely personable ownership. Full kitchenette, full breakfast also included (basic but well-prepared). Close to all the sights, yet tucked away on a quiet back street. Mislav was attentive and helpful and genuine. Just a great value. Would easily stay here again next visit to Split. You won’t regret a thing about staying here.

Super enjoyed my stay here. Has a safe for your belongings. The family owns the restaurant across the street so you can get breakfast and authentic food for dinner. It is nestled in a quiet and safe area 10 minutes walking from the touristy area. I can’t recommend this enough. No complaints

The place was easy to find and about a12 min walk from the bus or ferry. Clean room, roomy shower. Great breakfast. Small restaurant by owners across the street is good food and inexpensive. Close to town, ferry, bus, bazzar. Would stay again.

This apartment is in a great location to and from the port and city centre. The owner Peta is extremely helpful in general and is happy to help with getting to and from airport and packing breakfast if you have an early start. The apartment itself is clean and quite new and perfect as a base for getting around Split.

Direction is not easy to follow. Host wasn’t there when I got there. I had to call hotels.com support. Safe was locked and unattached.

Staff was very friendly. I immediately felt like family. That’s also part of the charm of Croatia. Location was super convenient to the Palace, the bus trips, the boat excursions, and walking tours.

I stay in Split regularly and this is my favorite so far. The whole stay felt "real" if that makes sense. Both Hotel and Restaurant owners where very friendly and great do be around. I think that is because they have a genuine interest in their guests as fellow humans. Remarkable difference to the impersonal or indifferent attitude you often get to experience in centres of tourism.

We enjoyed our stay at these rooms, nicely updated with good AC and large bathroom. 10 minute walk to the palace area and to the ferries. Mislev was very helpful!

Felt like home... Petar and his son took really good care of us and the chef made us really happy with her excellent cooking.

Mislav was wonderful to deal with regarding this accommodation and very helpful during my stay at this property. It was very clean and self sufficient for all my needs and the location was very close to everything for sightseeing, walking, etc. The airport transport to/from property was a welcome and much appreciated extra service. My only comment was that the bed was a little too soft for my back and at times, made it difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Kuzma Rooms was one of the first accommodations I booked on hotels.ca. I wasn't sure about the whole process, but read the online reviews, and made the booking. We stayed there for 10 days. It was exactly as promised, and exceeded our expectations in many ways. Mislav and Petar were exceptional hosts, who went out of their way to make us comfortable. They were helpful and kind, and totally made a difference to our experience in Croatia. Everything worked great. The apartment was close to everything; we felt safe walking at night; and also it is close to a car rental agency which made it easy to rent a car to visit neighbouring towns and sights. Our stay was wonderful in every way, and we are delighted to recommend Kuzma Rooms to the entire world! We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks, guys, for a wonderful stay!

Very convenient location about 11 mins walk from Bus station, port and Diocletian palace. The room was clean and in a safe area. There’s is a bakery around the corner which is a great breakfast option.

The owners are so helpful & if you need anything however small they are just a call or text away. Great service! We were met at the airport & also transferred back for our departure.

The location is great. Is only 7 min walk from the old city and from the beach. The parking is on the street and it can be problematic at times. We were lucky to find the parking on the date of arrival and never moved the car for 3 days. The owner's son met us outside and made some good recommendations. The room is pretty small. It has a mini refrigerator, tea kettle and the owner provides tea/coffee/sugar packs. The bathroom is big enough and it has a small balcony. The only thing we didn't like was the air conditioner. The way it's positioned is not optimal, it blows the cool air directly at you and there's no way to change it.
