Just upgraded me for my birthday and the whole staff was extremely very nice and helpful.

Everything was simply amazing and beautiful

Could have been cleaner. Per concierge facility was only 30pacity. Pillowcase had mascara (I don’t wear makeup) and pillow had bloodstain. Floors and living room rug needed cleaning as well as couch arm. Overall property was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay. Staff was excellent and the restaurants were wonderful. The suites are large and accommodate large families.

Limited seating at main pool. Pool bar not consistently open. Not greeted at cabana. Had to ask for our waters and fruit tray. Had to request dish soap, forks, wash clothes as there were none in our suite. Patio floor and screen very dirty

Amazing hotel. Balcony with view, great pools, jacuzzi etc etc. just the one old employee at the pool near fitness room was wishy washy with the closing hours of pool.

A great hotel with high service level in a fantastic place To have access to the creation centre was great and both shops and restaurants at the promenade was very good.

My shower was disgusting. There was goopy orange stuff sprayed all the way across the tub look like somebody went to the bathroom in the tub and tried to wash it down and nobody wiped it off. I got in late and did not discover this till six in the morning, when I was supposed to leave, I could not even get in the shower. I informed the hotel manager, who said she was going to credit me. I still have not seen that credit.

From the moment we walked in Annemarie at the front desk was so friendly, polite & helpful with our questions & needs. Christine at Nauti-Mermaid was truly vibrant, extremely helpful, and such a joy to speak with. We will be coming back soon.

When we checked in at night, hotel staff was great. Told us about the complimentary dolphin sightseeing tour which I said was great and we would plan on doing that. We were told to just come down in the morning and sign up. Our six year old was incredibly excited. Called down to the front desk in the morning to confirm the times, etc. Then went down 45 minutes later only to be told it was full and we couldn't go. Adults can process that kind of thing a lot better than a six year old. Why did the staff not tell us over the phone to sign up then? Why did they not tell us the night before to sign up right then if they were at risk of filling up? I explained (and asked this) to the manager who was completely oblivious to why this was an issue. He had no explanation as to why no one said anything other than "they usually don't fill up." He was completely apathetic and didn't even offer so much as an apology. It was truly astounding how it just failed to register with him why this situation was so irritating for us. I didn't even feel like I was interacting with a human at that point--just a mindless, thoughtless, dead-behind-the-eyes drone. The rooms are horribly dated. I'm sure they were amazing in the late '80s, but the smoke-stained walls, leaking A/C, and gold-trim floor-length mirrors could use an update. We will never stay at any Westin again after this.

Great location and in our case a waterfront view. Room is ‘tight’ but we were seldom there. Many amenities on property including a short walk to live venues on two nights. A pleasant surprise considering we would normally prefer to be in the heart of the action. Pillows were unusually high and awkward for sleeping. A few missed replenishments with staff, but very clean. Would return. Good value overall.

The screened-in porch was great, and needed! Mosquitoes will GET you at night. The pool iss are great, but not really kid-friendly. No slides or things for kids to do, but the beach is pretty close. ALL the staff were great.

We have come here twice and we like the property. The only difference between last time and this time is the cleanliness. The shower curtains were old and tub had some rust. Also the baseboards could use a good cleaning / painting. Just honest feedback not anything to deter us away. Love the views and the bar

The unit was beautiful! Our view was great, and it was quiet. Having a full kitchen was a treat! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We'll be back!
