10/10 service, hotel accommodation and comfort. First class all the way. Jonathan Navarro the concierge, provided the best places to dine and attractions to visit while our stay in Boston. The team there knows what it takes to provide excellent service.

First time being in Boston and this was a very lovely property to stay at. Honestly, no issues. Room service every day I was given a daily credit to use for breakfast and room Service. It was a very enjoyable stay definitely recommend.

At the end of our stay, we checked out and found out that we had to pay "destination fee" and other fee, total of $ 197.00. That is a lot of money. I don't like surprises. I checked and did not find information about hidden costs of $ 197.00. I will not go to W Boston.

The room was nice until the tub didn’t drain and brown things came up from the drain around your feet. I asked for a different room but they insisted on fixing it right away but the drain was still broken. It just actually drained. Also, they give you a credit for breakfast but I have no idea how it is a credit if you end up paying for it at the end. My bill when I checked out was one charge then an additional charge was on my card. I called about it and the explanation still makes no sense.

Our stay could not have been better. From check in to check out, it couldn't have been easier. Diego and Riley got us checked in, and into our room in a matter of minutes. Definitely a 5 Star experience

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. 15 minute walk from the Back Bay station.
Easy check in - very nice staff and a pretty hotel with a modern vibe.
Room was spotless and spacious. A little loud at night from the street below but they have white noise machines right on the nightstand.
Would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Didn’t like that everything had a price tag. It was nice but kid friendly not much. The Valet attendant, refuse to give my wife the keys until I came and give him a tip. Not very professional.

Very upbeat and hip hotel, the lobby bar turns into a club of some sort at night during the weekend and it is a BLAST! Rooms are very modern and clean; the beds are also very nice. Must stay

Very nice hotel . Spacious rooms with comfortable beds . Great location across the street from concert venue. Friendly staff especially Paul who gave us tips and always a smile and friendly conversation! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing room, clean, smelled good, very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind as well! would definitely consider booking again for another trip into the city! Right in downtown Boston with so many shops and places to see and eat at.

The gentlemen who work the valet and help with the luggage and the doormen are exceptional! They helped me quite a bit as I traveled with my 5 year old, and made sure I could tend to get and keep her safe while they carried my things and packed my car for me. The room was clean, and comfortable. The front desk person who checked us in Chloveny was excellent. Overall it was a good experience however valet parking is expensive at $72 per day. The issue is the other hotels charge the same amount. Parking in Boston is very limited. CVS, Panera, D&D, and 711 are all conveniently across the street.

We had a lovely stay at the W Hotel Boston. The staff was wonderful - Sharon at the front desk was particularly helpful and welcoming - and our room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is that the location is in a noisy neighborhood - in the theater district, with lots of nightlife - but we had earplugs, so we slept soundly nonetheless. We will happily come back again if we have the chance!
