This property is conveniently located next to the Sawgrass Expressway with easy access to Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall and the Panther Arena. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast with your stay in a clean, spacious lounge.
It is time to remodel; rooms have been repaired poorly especially bathrooms. Shower doors were off the tracks, most of the outlets including the charging station did not work. Air conditioning either did not work or was not on in the common areas and the outside temperature was 97 degrees when we checked in.
I would definitely pick this location again, but would check in advance to see if the property has been recently remodeled -

I stayed there 1 night with my family. It smelled nice, comfortable beds, good breakfast (waffles, muffins, eggs, milk, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, limited hot food items like hash browns were not so good).

The rooms need to be upgraded. Bathroom fixtures are old and there is one lamp for lighting in the entire bedroom area.

I would never stay here again. The keylock didn't work, so I had to get a new key every time I left the room. The toilet barely flushed, and the sink stopper was broken, forcing me to pull it up by hand through dirty water. The dresser drawers were jammed, with two of them completely unusable. The staff seemed like I was bothering them when I asked for help with the door.
This place is a nightmare.

Renovations were happening on floors around elevators, elevators were not in use at certain times, this was not indicated when booking. Carpets in hallways need to be stretched or someone will trip on them soon. Cleanliness was average.

Checked into my room and noticed a roach on the bed side table and one on the floor on the opposite side of the room😟 the next day I saw about 4 more, one in the bathroom, another on the bedside table and two more on the table drawer. I was so grossed out. The front desk happily changed my room for us and upgraded us to a suite. It was such an inconvenience to have to move in the first place. I’m not sure I would stay at that property again.

There was a bit of a snafu with checking in and it sounded like they gave my suite away to someone else. Front desk was able to resolve this issue after 20 some minutes. I had two dogs and I thought the fee was reasonable. The room was spacious and our dogs were very happy. The property has plenty of sidewalks and green space so walking the dogs was a breeze.

The room was fine and clean. However, the carpets in the corridors are filthy and actually quite disgusting. That turned me off of everything. You need to replace them.

My stay was good except for the service i received from housekeeping. I checkef into the room Wednnedsay night, and the room didn't have a desk lamp. I requested one. My room was not cleaned on Thursday, nor did i receive the lamp I requested. The room was cleaned on Friday, but the debris on the floor was not swept or vacuumed. A wake call requested for Friday morning at 5 am, was not received. Overrall service was not good. They need to work on their customer service. The dining room service was great, and the breakfast was delicious.
