We had a nice family trip. We love Homewood suites, they are our go to for hotel stays. It is really nice and a money saver to have a kitchenette!

It was good but not told about having to pay for parking and there was no handicap available having been calling regarding a left item for 3days a have been getting the run around and still have not gotten an answer.

Staff was amazing, however, room was not in the best condition. Door was falling off in the kitchen, microwave light did not work and room was missing the room number name plate. Stayed here for a business trip, paid nearly $400 for 2 nights which is fine but I would expect better than this from a Hilton.

Horrible experience staying at this hotel, On 8/3/24 my girlfriend and son took a shower and were both burned with scorching hot water! The room that we were booked with shower did not work. We contacted front desk at 8am regarding this issue and maintenance didn’t show up until 1:30pm. Apparently they went to buy the part for the shower for 5 hours, which was confusing because they never even showed up to the room to even identify what the issue was. We had an event to go to that we were late for. I had contract front desk multiple times to be exchanged to a different room. Horrible communication with the front desk, they did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend staying

Stayed for 3 nights and overall I am very satisfied with my stay. Room was nice and clean had a nice scent to it. Nice and Quiet and peaceful. Thank you

This stay was super uncomfortable, very dirty, bed bugs , bed stains, molded shower, urine smelling carpet and bathroom. Please see photos I have attached. We paid for a suite but was not able to use the front bed because of how filthy is was so some of the children slept sleeping up.

Stay was ok,ice bucket didn’t have bag for ice,had to get it from 3rd floor ..when I did get it ice machine 3rd Floor not working,ist floor ice machine not working either. Only second floor.. somebody old food left on freezer.. I think the place need renovation..when I talked front desk about issue they are not very helpful or offer other ways

We were told, upon arrival, we were on the 3rd floor, some distance from the front desk and the elevator. I ask the attendant where the carts were, because we have disabilities. She said she had no idea, that i would have to go around to the exits to look for one. I kid you not! I ended up having to schlep 5 loads up and down 4 flights of stairs.

We enjoyed our stay here loved our suite everything was so nice and clean comes with a living room and a kitchen even dishes pots and pans everything felt like a home we will be coming back again soon definitely recommend

Hotel room clean and good friendly service. Breakfast was so so. Basic breakfast. Pillows we so lumpy like they were old and washed a bunch. Our room was right by the basketball court and people played till 11 one night and 12 another. They were a large loud group. The second night they had super loud music till 10:45 then I called the front desk. They turned off the music but we’re still loud. Stay on the opposite side and I am sure there is no noise.

Starting from my check in everything was easy straight forward took me like 5 minutes to do so. Staff was friendly and didn’t mind to help really easy to get around and so close to shopping g centers and food. Great place

When I went to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I waited a good 7 min before someone finally came out. When asked for extra towels, I was told to wait until 9 because that's when housekeeping staff comes in. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

It is a perfect location to see our family. The hotel is reasonably priced and accommodations were satisfactory. We plan to stay at this same hotel next month.

I loved this place, it was quiet and safe. It felt like an oasis at the desert. I would highly recommend staying here, the rooms are clean and spacious.

Checked in to this hotel and went to room where I found that room was broken into. Bed looked like it was just used, as well as bathroom. Went back to front desk and they did nothing to fix the situation. No more rooms were available and they did not try to put us in a sister hotel with available rooms. Front desk asked if they can just te clean the room that was just broken in to, for us to stay in. How is that ok or even safe???Horrible experience.

This property as well as its sister facility next door were filthy. They had a horrible stentch. The laundery was only available from 6am -12pm and were $4 to wash and dry one small load.

We stayed here about 4 years ago and it was a pleasant and clean facility. Not so now. The internet was almost nonexistent, the halls looked like they had not been vacuumed for weeks. The toilet/shower room smelled like sewer drain and the towels had hairs in them. This place needs an overhaul.

Overall the place was really nice but unfortunately we were in the second floor and the people under us had some really loud music from 8 pm till 5am and didn’t really let us sleep

Well I didn’t like how the front desk lady didn’t let us know about the breakfast and didn’t tell me why she charged me 25$. Didn’t let me know when check out was or anything . I had to look online myself she was very salty. She had about burgundy hair with glasses. I said hi all jolly and she was just cold. Not very hospitality like at all. Probably won’t be back

We like staying here, as it is off the beaten track a bit, and quiet. Have never had a problem here with safety, which is great for having kids. Nice for longer term stays with the kitchen. Grounds could have been cleaner, but it is in a windy desert. Would stay here again.

A fairly quiet place to stay. Nice breakfast selection. Staff were friendly. I didn't like our room having one spoon and barely any cooking ware to use. Also no tissue except what's in the bathroom. Front desk stated it's all they have.

The chairs for dining table were to soft and low...was hard eating comfortably.. 1 glass only in cupboard 2 forks 2 small spoons 1 or 2 plates... shower was leaking at the faucet when showering....plus drain was flooding draining to slow
