This stay was for a family wedding. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, especially the beds. We got there at 11pm and we're greeted warmly by the desk clerk on duty. My only suggestion would be to extend breakfast on theMonday holiday to at least 9:30, hopefully later, to better serve guests, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The TV was really nice with it's access to Pluto TV. However, whereas there was a heater/AC in the room, there was no heat source in the bathroom. Though the lighting in both the bedroom and bath were ambient, it was enough for me to see clearly what I needed the bathroom mirror for. I was disappointed in the full length mirror in the entryway as it also didn't have direct light that I needed. It did have an outlet at the bottom of the mirror but I didn't notice it until the day I checked out. Also, it wasn't until the day I checked out that I found the hair dryer as it was in a bag on the top shelf of the closet when it should have been in the bathroom.

It was my second stray within a year at this facility. I like the location, the clean facility, and how walkable it is to Phillips Exeter. However, I wish they would open up the menus to accommodate families who are vegetarians or Vegans.

The stay was generally good. It was a bit noisy in hallways of the first floor. The hotel
could use some updating. Thought the price somewhat high for the overall condition.

Everything at this hotel is fine except the WiFi is very problematic. It was hard for me to log on. You were not sent to a page to sign in.

We had a generic on the road overnight stay. The hotel lived up to that expectation. Very generic, nothing special. No reason to return to that hotel. Very overpriced for the hotel.

It started out poorly, as we were given a room with a broken door lock. The representative working the desk was new and didn't know the procedure to address the situation. This was a little upsetting. Once the manager was involved, everything went perfectly. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

My girlfriend and I were a little disappointed in our stay. We booked a room with 1 king bed, and when we arrived we were told that the hotel actually only had one room with two queen beds available. Due to the lack of options we continued to make our way to the room. When we entered the room we noticed that the two queen beds were actually only two Full size beds. I did express my concerns to the staff but there was nothing they could do. I was rather disappointed in our stay and the our comfortability did suffer. I’m not sure if this is a common problem with Expedia or the hotel itself however i wish our stay was better.
