Our family of four, including two teenagers, had a fantastic stay at Elissa Adults Only Lifestyle Resort. The hotel is stunning, with clean, well-maintained facilities and beautiful views. The staff were very helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. We enjoyed the variety of pools, never having trouble finding available sun loungers. The night bar was a great spot to unwind with excellent musicians, although service was sometimes slow. Dining at the sushi restaurant for a birthday celebration was a highlight, with delicious food and a lovely ambiance. While the hotel’s food and drinks are on the expensive side, renting a car allowed us to explore and dine in the charming old town, just a 10-minute drive away. The old town’s bustling atmosphere, with plenty of dining and shopping options, was a delightful contrast to the quieter hotel surroundings. A visit to Lindos and the Acropolis, a 50-minute drive, is highly recommended. Despite a couple of minor issues with pool cleanliness and late check-out arrangements, our stay at Elissa was enjoyable. For those who like to explore, bed and breakfast with a car rental is the way to go.

Very nice resort, loved the room and the facilities. Food was also great, just would be better to have a little more than 20 euros allowance for the al carte restaurants for half board people. But otherwise 9/10 definitely recommend.

A nice resort with spacious rooms. We liked the concept of the separate zones with a few rooms around a pool. The cleanliness of the rooms and pool areas were slightly lacking, for example the mirror was dirty upon arrival (someone had been putting their sun cream on and sprayed it on there), also there was a tissue stuffed in a door handle, shower gel was empty, no tv remote, amongst other small things that you wouldn’t expect. The pools themselves were clean but a couple of sunloungers were damaged and the beans from them were spilling everywhere and empty drinks were often not cleared all day. It was also very slow to get a coffee in the mornings at breakfast. The resort is quiet, which we enjoyed but we did have a hire car so that we could visit Lindos/Rhodes and beaches and although we saw bus stops I think a hire car would be necessary to reach most places. Overall the complex is nice, the gardens are nice, the breakfast was nice, the rooms are spacious and it was fine for a 4 night break. We went in May and so it was a very good deal but I’m not sure I would want to pay peak prices for my stay.

Such a lovely hotel, nothing within walking distance but the old town is 10 minutes away! Also if you order room service there’s a €5 charge per order which I didn’t know! Been there twice now and loved it, so many pool options and the staff are lovely and so is the food x

Over all, we loved Elissa, but we were confused as to why we could not get the room cooler at night to sleep. Our group likes the temperature to be 65 or below when we sleep and it was not something that could be accommodated for whatever the reason.

This hotel is nothing short of amazing. From the start to the end of my trip I was blown away by the facilities (the hotel is breathtaking) but most importantly by the kind, friendly and attentive staff. The operation is a well oiled machine and the staff are extremely efficient and hard working. When I had a problem with a young, rowdy couple in the room next door, this was treated seriously and quickly. I received a follow up call to update me and reassure me that the issue was resolved. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything you could need. Everything was replenished and the room service and cleaning teams to an amazing job. The Spa is the best I have visited. Immaculately clean and maintained, the staff are extremely attentive and kind. I purchased the 5 day pass and visited everyday of my trip. The Yoga and Pilates classes delivered by Lydia are a must. She is a fabulous teacher and creates a beautiful and calming space to exercise. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I will definitely return in the future

Me and my best friend spent her birthday at this resort and it was perfect. Just what we needed to relax. Plenty of pools so you’ll definitely have a place to rest and enjoy the sun.

We stayed for a week at this hotel and i can honestly say that i have never experienced service and hospitality quite like this before. The staff at this hotel are some of the sweetest and most service-minded people i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The food at the hotel also met a high standard, with a good selection at the breafast buffet and great sushi at the restaurant called Masari. The highlight of our trip was the restaurant Kavos where we ended up eating three times during our one week stay. Not only is the food amazing but the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. In fact, the service extended beyond just the restaurant when we got amazing recomendations for experiences and restaurants in town. The only complaint we are left with after our stay is the bed in our room. We couldnt get quite as comfortable as we hoped but this little detail didnt get in the way of an otherwise amazing trip. 10/10 in our opinion, would absolutely recommend. We are planning on coming back next year.

Stunning place. I had a superior room with a sea view which was stunning. The entire hotel is picturesque and so clean, paired with a sultry ambiance. The staff were so polite and friendly too. Location is good, Old town Rhodes is just a 10-12 min drive away. Airport is 20 mins away or so. Cannot fault this hotel, so much to do here at the resort and on the beach (plenty of water sports activities) would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Rhodes. Lovely stay in this amazing place. So nice and relaxing we had a lovely view of the sea. The hotel grounds are very well maintained with lovely plants. All pools were lovely so many to choose from. Staff were all helpful.

Clean, calm and great weather. Private bungalow was lovely, really spacious with a great sea view. Complementary airport transfers late check out were a nice touch. Food options not that special room service sub par.

Excellent location. Spacious modern clean hotel. The food was excellent with a great choice of food each morning and evening. All the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. Easy access too into Rhodes old town. Bus journey 23 minutes €4.50.

So beautiful, but have to wait hours for room service to delivery coffee items. Often having to ask multiple times. Noticed the floors were pretty dirty and towels/bed sheets typically have black/brown markings on them. The staff were very lovely, kind and helpful and the 15 pools meant they were very quiet which was great! The beach was gorgeous, however beds were reserved every day so could rarely find a space, despite the hotel mentioning reserved spaces will be removed. Buffet for breakfast was great! But lunch/dinner options were very expensive and the buffet €45 per person for mediocre food. Very beautiful hotel, but maybe not quite worth the expensive price you pay.

Very reduced services and few professional service staff. Almost no service at the pools or beach. Very limited social area after dinner other than pool beds

Lovely hotel and great location around 30 minutes transfer from the airport. The hotel has some lovely restaurants only downside is you need to be big on beef and seafood! The buffet is themed daily however the food is the same! Breakfast is chaotic and again after a few days is very repetitive. The downside the staff ask if you’re paying for the food or drink bill via cash or to the room, then present you with the bill mid meal. They need to chill, priority seems to be wanting to take your payment. The rooms are not cleaned to a high standard, the floor is dirty, not swept or hoovered and everything is dusty. We stayed at Elissa which states is an adult hotel however we have at least 6 kids under the age of 15 in our ‘sharing pool’ not good enough! Either update the policy or stick to your advertising! Late check out doesn’t exist, they keep you waiting until the night before and proceed to tell you you can have the room for €72! This hotel still needs fine tuning, room for improvement!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is amazing, quiet and relaxing. There are many pools so we did not have to worry about finding a sun bed and the hotel is in a great location to travel to other areas of the island, for example Rhodes Old Town. The only downside was booking taxis, as when you book one via the hotel you are given a number, but the taxis take a long time to arrive (up to 45 minutes some days) and they also add a hotel booking charge to the fare.

I caution against considering this place unless you're solely focused on Instagram content. Our extensive travel experience, spanning over a decade with around 600 hotel stays globally, led us to the most disappointing encounter ever. Even basic lodgings in remote areas exceeded this. The hotel prioritizes Instagram aesthetics, possibly driving positive reviews from those valuing social media over true experience. During our 9-day stay, several issues arose: Administrative Mishap: The hotel claimed to be adults-only, but kids under 12 were observed nearby, conflicting with policy. The hotel initially insisted on verified ages, suggesting fake passports when challenged. Eventually, the mistake was admitted. Room and Hygiene: A room change was granted after days of power outages and an unclean space with plumbing issues. However, replacements lacked promised amenities. Compensation of three days' half board did not suffice. Room Cleanliness: Initial room conditions were poor, with ants, spiderwebs, and foreign hairs. Persistent plumbing issues led to flooding and a sewage smell. Broken fixtures added to the woes. Disappointing Service: Apart from select restaurants, staff were unprepared, inattentive, and language barriers hindered communication. Extensive wait times were common, highlighting service flaws. To conclude, this was our worst experience. I urge you, if you've read this, to explore better option!

Great hotel will definitely be back

Very good interior design, helpful staff & clean resort. The only problem we had was getting taxis from the hotel, but i guess that’s not their fault. Overall great stay! Definitely recommend.

maybe the swimming pools opening hours until 19h. a more comfortabel bed for the 3th person instead of a canape. Otherwise very quiet, comfortabel hotel! We had a very nice stay

I travel a lot for vacations in hotels around the world, this is definitely the worst hotel I've been to. The service is terrible, they don't fill the mini bar with drinks even after you ask and when you order a room it arrived after two hours!! My husband was not feeling well and we invited a doctor to the room, they charged us 150 euros to take a temperature and give a prescription for paracetamol. disgrace. We left the hotel the day before because it was bad

I travelled to Elissa Lifestyle resort alone and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in! The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. My room was perfectly clean and spacious and I only had a sea view room so I can imagine the other rooms upgraded from this are even better! The food is amazing and has a great variety, the hotel help with transfers and private taxis to anywhere you need to, there is also a bus stop located near the hotel if you’d prefer. Thank you for such a great experience Elissa hotel!
