The entire reason we chose this hotel was because it had an indoor pool that the kids could swim in. When we arrived, we found that the pool was closed for renovations. I understand renovations, and making things better. But give a full disclaimer. Put it on the website. If it's closed for renovations, reveal that to the customer. It's only temporary. I would've chosen a different hotel, and visited this one next time we're in town. Instead, I won't visit this hotel again.
Also, not sure what happened, and I'm sure it was out of the hotel's control, but watching the guys in hazmat suits spraying and cleaning the ceilings, floors, and walls in a hallway while we ate breakfast was a little concerning...

This hotel has no pool, it "hasn't for months" and is falsely claiming it has one in its details and information.. as well as the confirmation emails and other communication that it sends after booking. Our reception told us after months of remodelling "no body has bothered to update the information online or the signage around the building"
Upon arrival it also turns out the WiFi doesn't work. Which is unfortunate for our visit but probably fixed for other visitors.
Whilst the hotel is tired with worn carpets, rough finishing and things patched up with tape, the overall stay fits the price. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, but we wouldn't stay again.

The property was great but because it was booked through Expedia I didn’t get points or perks as a Marriott member. Not sure the few bucks saved was worth losing the extra points.

The staff here was simply amazing. They kindly drove me to the conference I needed to attend every day.and when their vehicle was too far to pick me up at the airport they generously paid my taxi fare!!! I have never stayed at a hotel with such good cutomer care.

look like blood splattered in the tub beneath the water valve. Attempted to clean it but found that it was infused into the fiberglass. The office chair was in terrible shape...dirty and really worn. The couch had numerous stains. The couch in the lobby is in the same poor condition. The round contemporary mirrors in the bathrooms are horrible and the bath lighting is poor.

Expedia listed this hotel as having a pool when booked weeks ago. Yet it was closed for renovation upon check in. Apparently it was only mentioned on the hotel’s website. Bummer for the kids. The complete on/off cycling of the in-room A/C unit with no way to put keep it on “constant fan” is incredibly annoying. But at least it worked. Great room and bathroom layout. Quiet. Good location. Kind staff. Breakfast is so-so.

Everything was well maintained and seemed new. The only downside was there was no electrical outlets on one side of the bed. This was the side I sleep on and had nowhere to plug in my CPAP for sleep apnea. I had to run the power cord behind our pillows across the bed and it barely reached the side my wife was on. Definitely a design flaw which created an unsafe condition. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The room was big and clean, not enough toilet paper but we got more. Air conditioner worked well. We didn’t like where our first room was and they switched us to another without a problem.
Pool wasn’t open and is VERY small.
Breakfast was ok, not great but fine.
Overall location was good, fun restaurants and stores within a mile, we would stay here again

While I appreciate your picture to the left here of the pool, sadly it was "out of service" while we were there. Overall the hotel looked used. Breakfast was ok, bacon was undercooked. The wrapped muffins were the best. The coffee was terrible.

The hotel was great! Clean, up-to-date, quiet and comfortable. Our only complaint was that breakfast left a little to be desired: no hot water for tea and the oatmeal was runny. Other than that a GREAT hotel for the price in the Dulles area!

An older property but reasonably well maintained. Good location. Lots of parking. Easy to get to from the major roads. Very clean. Staff were great. Just lacking a little in facilities

Whoever designed the room for this hotel had what I consider a "Euro trash" aesthetic. The room just doesn't work. I could not see myself in the bathroom mirror because of a gratuitous decorative band that defined a mirror inside a mirror. There are not nearly enough hooks for the bathroom. The lighting is horrendous. If you want to use the "office" area when you turn on the lights they shine through the frosted glass wall disturbing your partner who may wish to sleep longer. Outlets are hard to get to, you have to move furniture. All in all a poorly thought out design.
