The pull out bed the mattress looks like it hadn’t been clean. It was so dirty with stains. I pay a huge amount I should get a room that wasn’t dirty

Staff and personnel were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Wreck on freeway caused congestion to DFW airport. Staff provided me with an alternate route.

The hotel location is easy to get in and out. The breakfast was average but well-maintained. Lobby is huge and cozy. The building and the furnitures are a bit out-dated. Overall, it served our purpose.

What a horrible experience, our key cards didn’t work. Room service didn’t speak English and did a poor job cleaning. Pool had rocks that were loose by the jacuzzi huge safety hazard. No ice on floors, staff rude and liers. And a crane blocked my car in the parking lot for over half hour. STAY AWAY!

Someone tried entering our room while we were sleeping. Told the front desk an they said it was an employee then switched story saying it was another person staying the night.. asked to show us the camera but they refused to show us. Worst experience ever at any hotel.

The shuttle driver (Bryan) was very, prompt, professional and attentive.

The staff was really good but the facilities were pretty awful. You could tell this place was in bad need of an upgrade.

Customer service was excellent, very friendly.

The first room they put us in the bed was broken leaning on the floor had to wait for assistance to find another room after that we get another room the air conditioning was not working properly basically sweated and was miserable all night won’t be going back

We had to park in the grass, the iron in my room didn't work, we had to ask for linen for the pull out sofa. The front desk people could be friendly. The breakfast was ok. I stayed 2 nights, neither night i got a parking spot. Both times i had to park in the grass

The airport shuttle was supposed to be available without having to make an appointment ahead of time. The front desk told me to call when we were ready to be picked up and we did, but the shuttle was in the shop getting worked on so we had to pay $34 for a taxi. When we arrived we were surprised to see other vans/shuttles in the parking lot. Plus side was we were allowed an early check in and late check out. Surrounding area noisy with freeway and no where to walk to eat/shop, etc.

Staff was outstanding answering questions and provide no easy accommodations. Room was very clean but some areas in bathroom could use some paint or replacement like the bathroom door. Breakfast staff did a good job too. I will stay there again when I’m in the area

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. Needed a weekend getaway and this was a nice place.

No one at the front desk came to give us pool towels even after ringing the bell!

Dirty room

The Expedia listing says 24 hour airport shuttle, that is not the case.

The pool was closed while we stayed, the room didn’t feel very clean and the ice machine was broken and making a terrible noise right by our room.

Hotel was quite and clean. The breakfast was great!

Overall it was a good stay! The location felt safe and welcoming. Like any other hotel it had its issues, but I felt like we got what we paid for. Good things: housekeeping went above and beyond and freshened up our room after asking for new bedding. The maintenance guy was super friendly gave us recommendations as to what to do around the area and helped housekeeper fix a small room issue. I loved that the breakfast was always stocked up. Other hotels begin to clean up and not restock 10 min prior to it ending, not here they restocked up until it was over and they cleaned up a bit after it was over to ensure guests got what they wanted. Food was fresh and had a good taste. Pool was fun great for kids. Not too good: When we first arrived the room had a strong humidity oder, because we arrived at midnight we went straight to bed. The bed sheets were dirty, and there was no bed linen for the pull out bed, nor additional pillows. There were some small pills on the floor behind the pull out bed and that was a bit convincing as I have a toddler who finds everything! Housekeeping took care of it once I asked to please clean it up. The room sleeps 4 people, yet not enough towels for 4 people. It was frustrating having to keep going to front desk to ask for additional things. Parking was a struggle at night. People ended up parking on the grass, but overall ok. Would I stay here again: Yes.

The location was good, and the guy at the counter was awesome. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Shuttle service to and from airport was crucial and it ended up being very easy and leaving hotel was perfectly on time and driver was efficient. Most hotels don’t accommodate room for 6 at a reasonable rate and this was perfect for us. The pool was fun although there was no lock on the door to get back in to the building. Breakfast was decent variety. Loved the yogurt bar.
