I loved that I was able to check in early. The ladies at the front desk were so nice. What I did not like was the bathroom door having a see through glass, being at the bed area, no real privacy, there were no other trash cans other than in the bathroom.

Dirty, noisy, staff was rude particularly at breakfast one morning. Patricia one of the breakfast staff came up to me as I started to eat my breakfast and demand my room number. I showed her my room key and she said in a loud tone what is your room number. The breakfast area was full of people. I estimated around 20-30. I continued to show her my hotel key card and I also presented my identification. She made the statement that she didn’t have her glasses. Question for you. Why of all the guest would she just come to me and demand my room number and name? I reached out to the management team and have yet to hear back from them regarding this situation which was embarrassing and humiliating. I will reach out to their cooperate management team next week. I will discontinue using any of their properties until I hear back from them regarding their teams behavior.

We really enjoyed the view from our room. It was close walking distance to the ball game and down town. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean. The best part was how comfortable the bed was! We really enjoyed our stay and would go again.

$65 to park a night, way overpriced. Staff was great as was breakfast. But, the room, the sink was in the middle of the room, no kidding. A rolling glass door to the bathroom. The tub was half full of water. The pull-out coach was horrible. Great location to everything. But was overpriced.

This Hotel is in a great location walking distance to everything but the up keep and overall feel of this hotel is tired and dated my room had a musky smell i didn’t complain or say anything because for the price and location i was ok with this.

The location was very convenient, but the rooms were very poorly designed. For 250$ a night, one would atleast expect the tv to be placed either in front of the couch or in front of the bed. The tv was off center and had shadows of the shelf on it! I have never seen such a weird setting. I stayed three nights and asked for one room cleaning. But they didn't do it. The breakfast area had too few seats and there was no place to sit. I had to wait with food in my hand for a while before a seat opened up. Also, there is no free coffee after breakfast hours!
I can understand all this if we stay in a budget place, but not for $250 a night!

Great place to stay when in town for a Padre game. The walk to the park took about 5 minutes. I didn't have to worry about Stadium parking - used the Hotel valet.

They do not have free parking for guest, the valet parking was bad. People where friwndly but the service was bad. You scan the QR code, they text you vehicle will be read. They text me stating my vehicle was being retireced and would available in 11 minuets, we went down there and it was not ready. It took 45 minuets the next day was better but not by much. I was told fice minuets took 15. The breakfast was cold, the french toast seamed stale, they allowed dogs everywhere in the hotel but when you want to go eat breakfast, they told us we had to leave and come back with out our dog that is a regestered emotional support dog that weighs 10lbs. On the morning of check out the door would not open automatically but would close. We had to open the door manually while three people at the desk just ignored the issue. Not sure if this was worth everything.
