Very dirty in the rooms. Stains everywhere and mold growing.

Property is well worn and requires a major overhaul. Room has seen better days. Furniture looks like 20 years old. I am generous to say breakfast was terrible and was not refilled even at 7:45am. Maybe the person attending the area was too busy playing with her phone! Air conditioner was not working properly and outside window was filthy. Pillows were worn and we had them replaced because they smelled. Bathroom towels were very ,very worn and small.

Close to train station, however hallways smelled like weed and it seeped into our room. We had to put towels under the door to keep smell out. Room was clean, breakfast average.

Overall it was an average stay. And I feel like I'm being modest. Stayed for 2 nights and my first impression once entering the room for the first time was it was a good deal. Nice space, big bed, microwave, refrigerator, pull out sofa, and work desk. The bathroom looked clean and from the smell of the faint cleaning solutions it was just cleaned and possibly disinfected. They could do better with the complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. 1 of each so you use the same soap to wash your hands and take a shower unless you bring or get your own. In my experience the bathroom turned out to be horrible at the end of our stay. The ceiling in the bathroom began to leak the morning of us checking out. It rained heavy that morning to be fair but to also be fair our room was on the 3rd floor of a four floor hotel. And the water from the leak had a smell. The microwave didn't heat properly cause it didn't rotate. Getting towels for our room and the pool ( pool is great ) was inconvenient and came with a wait time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For some reason I didn't get my request for housekeeping to come on the second day just to vacuum as I explained i have a 3 year old and were staying for 2 days so I would like the floor to be cleaned. Housekeeping never showed up.we did not use the bathroom on our last day cause I didn't feel comfortable with the leak. It's in a great location as to you have access to a lot of different establishments th are within walking distance

Place is ran down bed was uncomfortable floor had many stains bed skirt had obvious seman stains very disgusting place for the price went to check in and clerk was so rude I’ll never book here ever again

I reserved a king room but when checking in, they didn’t have any available so I ended up with double queen - not the end of the world. The bathroom was nice and clean. Not a fan of the carpet, as it felt a little wet/dirty. The beds and pillows were okay. The elevator broke on the second day so that was inconvenient. I understand things happen so I am not holding that against them. Overall it was an average stay.

Very run down hotel. Our beds were worn,the desk chair and air condition cover was broken. The sheets were worn out.Elevator was broken. No coffee at check in. Breakfast was very limited in selections.

Room was full to compasuty ,but still let you reserve online

The hotel was over run with ppl that are weekly guest that had many, many kids "visiting" misbehaving so they had to close the pool. No adult supervision at the pool. So with nothing to do, they used the hallways as a playground and ran back and forth in packs. Room was extremely damp.... floor felt wet along with bedding, therefore room smelt musty. No one checked room to replace towels. Breakfast exactly the same everyday.

The personnel in the lobby / front desk was extremely nice. They were very attentive, answered my question, and offered their help.

The smelling is very bed at the property and very high noises. The bed covers smells terrible

All was good except the AC unit in 308 had a musty/mold smell and we had to turn it off. Luckily it was cool out at night and we opened up the window.

Unexpected $100 deposit upon check in. Yes we got it back but that money was held up for days. The room had hair in the bed and ice bucket, ripped curtains, AC was dirty, overall hotel not maintained very well. When we called for new sheets we had to go get them at the front desk and change them ourselves, because the front desk employee was the ONLY employee there, he did the best he could, I felt a bit bad for him being in that situation. Once we put on the new sheets, the bed was comfortable and the hotel felt safe enough, just disappointing.

Stains on the floor ,floor wasn’t vacuumed. Phone wasn’t working. The wall mount wasn’t there

Fantastic resort. Best I’ve stayed at in Orlando. Will make this my second home.

First I don't like the three day rule, I like to have a made-up bed and fresh towels each day of my stay, along with waste baskets emptied. The hotel will send the information to you after you are checked in, on your cell phone. The breakfast was okay. Not the great breakfast which was described in the comments. However I did need a placement battery for key on my BMW, the repair shop happen to be directly across the street.

Only thing I didn't like was the fact that your establishment was not willing to accommodate their guests with a solution to an early check out. If a guests stay at your location and needs to leave for a unforseen reason some type of accommodation should be made.
