This HIEH was clean, comfortable and homely. The staff where professional and accommodating to my needs as I was hear for work and a lot of equipment with me. If I conduct business in this area again, this will be my first option.

We were greeted professionally by a friendly female who gave great information about the hotel. We had a great night’s rest and the room and property were clean. Breakfast hit the spot and we had a quick and seamless check-out.

My review always hinges on the quality of the shower. Everything about the hotel and the service was great. However, when you turned on the shower, the diverter valve was faulty and a quarter to a half of the water continued to come out the bottom instead of out of the shower head. Consequently, the water pressure was not great. It was not helped either that probably half of the holes in the shower head itself were blocked. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast food but at least it was included.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was good, but the air conditioning was iffy. It got really hot in the room, even with the ac turned down to 70

Hotel is utilitarian at best. Lobby was dark and un-inviting. Staff looked frazzled and overworked. Elevators made some crazy popping noises, but seemed to function well enough. Carpet in the hallways was disgusting, I’ve never seen carpet that bad… anywhere. Room was adequate, didn’t want to dig too much b/c I didn’t want to know what I’d find. Thankfully we were just there one night.

Friendly helpful receptionist made check in easy. Room comfortable. Location near Houston space centre excellent, but long drive to Houston IAH on departure day.Not a fan of nomination of room cleaning the night before.

The hallways REEKED of marijauna smoke. It even smelled like smoke in our room. Not kosher, especially qwhen traveling with kids as we were. The carpets in the hallways were practically brown with dirt and need desperately to be cleaned. Combined it gave us a uneasy feeling overall.

Was somehow allowed to book and prepay for a hotel the lost power due to hurricane hitting Houston

Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to check in. No power 1st night due to hurricane. Took stairs up/down to 4th floor in total darkness. Included bkfst very minimal. Checked out 2nd night since still no power. No emergency measures taken. At checkout was told by clerk we would get refunded.

The property was decent, the rooms were clean and very cold. The carpet in the hallway area was filthy. Staff were friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was good as well.

We rented a room for a girls night for myself and my 2 daughters. Our room was nice, we had a double bed room with a couch. My only complaint is the floor between the AC and the bed closest to the wall was soaking wet. When I told the staff at the front desk he said “oh that’s normal, older people like it warm and younger people like it cold so that part of the floors get wet”. Other than that our stay was nice, and I’d consider staying there again.

We didn’t like the gentleman that checked us in. Around 10pm, someone started slamming doors and hitting the walls. Our service dog barked briefly when this happened. The night clerk came and knocked so hard on our door it startled me. He said service dogs do not bark. We explained what happened and that yes, when a service dog is not in their vest, they too might bark at a potential alert. By the way, it was very brief. He said he would let it slide but if it happened again, we would have to leave. He was very rude. I could go on and on about other things at this hotel, spotted and dirty carpet, sewage smell in bathroom (same guy told us what do we expect, the building is ten years old).

Stayed Monday-Friday, no room cleaning nor provided towels. Breakfast needs a huge improvement. Room coffee the worst I ever had. Breakfast coffee okay. Room & bed were better than average. I went to front desk first thing in the morning on Thursday to ask for them to clean my room, later that night I returned to an uncleared room, no towels. I spoke to management and they did nothing.

Great hotel!! The staff were super friendly & accommodating. They were able to extend my stay for another day easily without me having to checkout & check in. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great. I’d definitely stay again!!

I’ve visited this newer location twice in the last 7 months. Free parking, smaller footprint with outdoor pool, fitness gym, and free breakfast.
One elevator was out of order.
Room was clean, ample storage, mini fridge and microwave. Both visits rooms located near the end of the hall near the stairs. Visits were quiet throughout my stays.
Very convenient to shopping strip, Baybrook Mall, and restaurants. The shopping strip has lots of key stores-Ulta, Target, Bath and Body Works, Old Navy, to name a few. Both easily accessible and in walking distance, if necessary.
Definitely will visit again.

It was nice and kid friendly. Only thing bad was some of there milk was bad. My kids got the milk carton and they were not expired yet but they were bad, other than that everything was great.

Decent hotel , clean, breakfast was pretty meh, choices were fine but bland or unedible in taste, milk was spoiled the whole time we were there. No daily housekeeping unless asked. Staff did their jobs but other than the front desk dont expect more. Smiles were not a frequent occurance.
