The Biscayne is always immaculate, comfortable, well appointed, and wonderful all around. Their employees are friendly and helpful. We love it there! Will definitely go back. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Property was very tired. Bed was so uncomfortable that i had to sleep my
Second night at a friend’s house due to the bed. I think i slept one hour my first night. No walk-in shower, just an old tub. Weird noises kept me up too. Front desk was indifferent to my concerns

Biscayne Suites is one of our favorite places to stay in Ocean City, NJ. The rooms are spacious, with balconies, and close to the beach and local shopping areas.

We stay here every year and we love it. The property is getting visibly older year after year. The beads aren’t as comfy, the bathrooms are more outdated but it’s still in good shape. I fear that a couple of years down the line this won’t be as good of a place to stay. But for now it is a good choice.

Really nice for a family getaway. Proximity to boardwalk and beach was very convenient and the pool on site was great.

Great location especially for a family. We had a king bed, full kitchen, pull out sofa and chair. It was perfect for our stay with young kids. Less than 2blocks from the boardwalk. Plenty of stuff in walking distance including an Acme if you need food items. The staff was very kind and helpful. Off street parking was also a big plus. We couldnt have been happier.

We got to the beach before check-in the first day, but staff allowed us to park in the garage as well as use the beach tags. They saved us a decent bit of money and time, as a lot of the parking lots were full. Staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. We could see the beach from our room, and we were within walking distance of a restaurant, grocery store, the boardwalk, ice cream shop, etc. Great location and overall stay!!

Walking distance to beach. The HVAC system in bedroom was very loud. Bothered my husband's sleep. When we arrived there was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom from previous occupant. Bed was very comfortable. Not all lamps worked. Could be updated.

Family stay with 2 young children. Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable, kids loved the pool, wife and I loved the ocean view from the pool deck!

We liked having a living room separate from the sleeping area, and each room had a TV.

Everything was great but the remote in our bedroom wasn’t working. Reported it twice but was not fixed for the 3 days we were there. Had to get up to turn volume and off and on manually. So when i fell asleep with tv, had to get out of bed each night to turn tv off manually. Phone in room also didn’t work to call front desk

My family comes every year to stay. Very nice and family oriented. The particular room we were in had one TV that did not work. We had someone come for repair, but they were unable to fix it.
