Check in was fast and quick. Location was good. It was very neat and clean. Coffee maker in room didnt work contacted desk and brought a new piece to fit but still didnt work so just let it go and went down to lobby and some there but wasnt fresh. Pool and hot tub was good other then a younger couple making out in it and didnt care to see that while relaxing. We stayed in for awhile then just left. Overall it was closer to location we needed to be at the next morning but a bit pricey.

I liked the environment and staff

Our rooms were not ready upon arrival. We were told housekeeping was “still cleaning several rooms” so there was no way to know exactly when our rooms would be ready. This was well after the provided check-in time. Additionally, the heater was accidentally turned on in one of our rooms and the smell was vomit inducing. Our group collectively described the smell as “burnt urine.” We will not be a returning guest to this hotel.

The staff was lovely , the room was clean . The only bad thing was you could tell someone has smoked in this room we were in but that is not the hotels fault. It does state this is a non smoking room. Breakfast has good options.

Room was not cold, AC not working well

The photos are misleading and the worst thing is that the sink and toilet were clogged, the breakfast does not have variety like in other hotels.

The stay started off rocky. When we got our key cards it took us multiple tries to get it to read to get in the room. It looked like they recycled cards so we just attributed it to that. The next morning we left out about 9am and my husband forgot something so he went back up to the room and tried the cards multiple times and it didn’t work. To not delay us, he just said maybe i was rushing and we can try it again when we return. When we got back that afternoon, the key card did not work at all after about 20 tries. The room attendant saw me having trouble and she tried her master key about 10 times to no avail. She then was very nice and called downstairs to have them send maintenance to help. When her got there, he had a machine to read the battery and said it was dead and that’s why it wasn’t reading. He went and got some contraption and tried to slide it under the door to open it from the inside. That didn’t work so then he called his boss to bring some more equipment in. I am an hour plus now waiting at the door after we have not been able to access all day!!! So I go downstairs to speak to someone to see how they could accommodate the inconvenience, and the manager K is the rudest person I have experienced!! She was very argumentative with me, insinuated that I was being aggressive towards her when in fact she started getting loud with me( in front of paying customers by the way) and threatened to refund money and make me “find somewhere else to go”. Don’t stay!

It was just okay for one night. There were 5 of us and we needed extra towels. They only have pool towels that were clean. The pulled out couch did not have any linens. We called down to the front desk and they brought us one flat sheet. They did not have any pillows. Breakfast was standard.

It was very clean & accommodating. The person at front desk asked if we would like a room on bottom floor. That works best for us so we appreciated her asking. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I thought I left something in the room after we checked out & the young man didn’t hesitate to give me another key to go check. Appreciate that as well

Room was cozy, bedsheets and towels clean. The carpet is the only complaint—it seemed like it held moisture. First thing walking into the room and you could feel it.

Staff were wonderful… Very polite and helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Carpet is stained and could use updating shower in bathtub was difficult to turn on.

Good price but could use some cleaning. Front desk is rarely available if you call down unfortunately we needed a few things and never could get a hold of them without walking down and never got the wifi password. The breakfast is good and they have my favorite Texas sized waffles. Safe, quiet property with big rooms. Good for families of 5. Local to Austin and San Marcos. Needs some renovations especially the bathrooms but for the price it was good.

The team was great! Check in was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It does need some updates but overall our stay was great! It was very clean! I would definitely stay again!

I loved it! The place was very nice with wonderful and kind staff. The place was very clean and had a very professional look. The only issues I've faced was the card key not working but the people at the front desk were very cooperative and helped me fix the problem. There was a slight humid smell in the room and the elevator was a little squeaky. But other than that, it was excellent! I will definitely be reserving a room here again!

Oh one night stay was great and the beds were so comfortable. The room was clean. This was a very nice over night stay. We have stayed before and it was just as perfect. Staff was kind and polite.

The staff was welcoming. In particular, Imelda in the breakfast area was outstanding! We arrived just as she was closing up, and she went out of her way to ensure we had a great breakfast!

It took forever to check in, and when we did, we were given a room key that was already occupied, and we went to our unsuspecting room, and walked in on a family sleeping. The husband was very angry and came out to the hallway to talk to us, we told them the hotel mixed that up, and he went back in his room. Very Uncomfortable situation.

The only complaint I have is that they charged me more money. Because I had my 2 pound puppy with me. When I thought that it was no charge for that it's it pet friendly when I signed up. I think $25 was too much to charge me when I had paid enough already for the room.

Very clean and comfortable room

The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful when it came to advice in directions. The atmosphere was great and the room was quiet which is rare in the city. Bed was comfy as well! There was a nice choice for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much that we signed up to be rewards members!

The y charged me $141 for a pen mark on a sheet and a pillowcase. I would never stay there again.

Hotel entry and lobby clean and neat. Rooms good size and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold items and breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not equipped with bedding for pull out and when items were requested, front desk staff , they were reluctant to supply the items.

Just quick overnight stay. Nice for area great pool. No carpet great for the dog. Very dog friendly. Good breakfast but Not much for coffee options.

This was just an overnight stay but if I was too stay longer this would have been the place to stay! I was very pleased! And I will book again!
