Great location, close to Rundell St mall and lots of restaurants, bars and nearby transport. The room was very clean and bad a very comfortable bed and pillows. Not very spacious but it was ok for 2 nights.

I was unaware that I needed a physical credit card to pay for my room and leave a deposit for mini bar etc. this made it very difficult to check in as I only have credit cards in my phone wallet and and no longer carry physcial ones with me.As htis resulted in some difficulty at checkin, the satff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

Staff were absolutely amazing! Every single person was helpful, kind and quite friendly. Our only complaint on a lovely trip was that the doors are a bit noisy. Like every time someone walks by or opens a door nearby, the doors rattle. It’s little disruptive if trying to nap or go to sleep.

It is rather disappointing that the hotel does not care about people who are not Accor Club members. As soon as you check in with a Hotels.com booking, it is low floor, carpark views and a simply do not care attitude.
The listing on hotels.com lists 24 hour room service (but the overnight selection is basically microwave meals) and a mini bar. The room had a mini bar fridge but it was empty! Upon querying that we received no reply.
I had been trying to correspond with the hotel prior to arriving, as our flight was changed to a very late arrival time but the response time when we did get a response was very slow.
The room was nice, as you would expect for the price; but the overall experience was spoiled by the lax attitude.
Just a very disappointing, really.
