Good place to stay, close to many restaurants and shops.
Bed are comfortable and the place is very clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I thought the room was a bit small for a suite but it worked.

The indoor pool and hot tub were completely drained. There was absolutely no indication during our booking that these facilities weren’t available. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known. Definitely would not have paid full price for this lodging had we known.

The staff is very friendly but the room was extremely outdated. It had the same furniture since 2007. The bed was uncomfortable and I had to go out and buy a pillow. The pillows on the bed collapsed when layed on to absolutely 1 inch in thickness. It was like the air went out of them. I would not stay here again.

Property was fine, our room had an odor that I thought I could ignore. We should have asked for a different room. Breakfast was okay, we were disappointed there were apples but no bananas. Coffee was dispensed from a machine, again just okay.

Great location! Very convenient and close to various restaurants and shops. The room is clean and spacious. The only problem we had was the air conditioning. We weren’t able to set it to a lower temperature so the room was a bit warmer.

Everything was great, other than the pool and hot tub being closed our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here for two nights, for my mothers funeral. Price was not bad, bed was ok. As usual pillows were awful, flat as most hotel pillows are. Breakfast was adequate, only complaint was they didn’t have any water set out, except from 3PM-9PM.

very nice place and it had been recently updated. the only negative i can even think of was the fact that we booked this place because it had an indoor pool and when we checked it, we were told it was closed. it was not listed on the website that we saw so that was a let down for us.

Really nice hotel and the staff was especially nice! Our rooms were exceptionally nice and clean; very neat and all amenities were well stocked. Our family especially enjoyed the breakfast; the selection was well rounded; something for everyone.

I go to Florence two to three time a year (sometime more). My sister and daughter live there. We stayed for three night to work a yard sale. Looking forward for the hot tub and maybe pool before bed. How ever the hot tub and pool has been out for two years, but the hotel want the same price for the room. Then we find out the house keeping has been cut back, but they want the same price for the room. I will find a different hotel with cheaper rooms.

Our view was literally the backside of a warehouse. The worst part about our experience was that we chose this hotel based on it being the only one with an indoor pool and hot tub and they were both closed. Talked to the front desk and their answer was we can leave and find another hotel. We looked, nowhere else had indoor pool and hot tub. Called hotels.com, and the best they could do is "possibly" get us up to a 10% credit for their website, which we have to wait 72 hours for, long after we back home from our stay. If we get anything back, we want it back on the card we paid for, not forced to use this website and have another bad experience.

Had to change rooms because made me do a smoking waver for to the room smelled like it had been used as a bar second room shower was broke had 3 girls had to get ready for a show and he said you can come get tools and see if you can fix it but we are not going to right now

From walking thru the lobby, onto the elevator and into our room, everything was clean!! We have no complaints about the room or housekeeping.

The room was clean and spacious. It was clean but the room above us was apparently bowling late into the evening. We got no rest.

The front desk check in dude was super nice. We were all exhausted. The suite was perfectly clean and it was a great one night trip experience

Everything was great except we I used your app to book our stay, I selected a room with a king bed. For some reason, the confirmation showed a queen bed. Since I booked thru a 3rd party, the hotel said they could not switch rooms.
