This hotel is pretty good for the price. The rooms are updated, the beds and pillows are comfy. It looks like they are working on cleaning it up a little bit and modernization. Outdoor stairs are a little sketchy. (Wobbly railing and beat up steps) hopefully those get updated as the rest gets done. My only concern about the actual service is with the breakfast. It looks like it is often used and it doesn’t have or didn’t today have an attendant. There was a huge mess and the only thing left when I went down with my kids for breakfast was the cereal, a single piece of bread and an egg patty.. nothing was restocked. (We went at 7:30am) so not near breakfast closing.. which was disappointing so I had to take them for breakfast. There was no one at the front desk to tell either. But it does look like it is a work in progress.

The hotel was very nice , clean , it looked like it was renovated a short time ago. There was only two points that needed looking at, #1 the bath tub had several chips in it, no big deal. #2. The Breakfast was not good, I was the first in the room in the morning, there was only one piece of fruit( an Orange) some yogurt, milk in a jug, 3 loves of bread, 3 kinds of cereal. The part that was bad there was guide a few fruit flies in the room and the garbages have been emptied but there was food all over them that should have been cleaned the day before. And under the cereal under the despencer was full and needed to be cleaned. Other than the two things I noticed everything was good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I WOULD stay there again.

When you read "Breakfast Included" Just be prepared for a slice of white toast with PB & Jelly or a refrigerated pre-made egg patty... Oh, IF you are ever so lucky enough- there will be store bought mini muffins from Extra Foods.. Being there the entire weekend, I never saw ANYONE at the front desk, not once! 0 for customer service!

We loved our stay and the fact that we got a family suite with our own private connecting room and a full kitchen for a very decent price. Beds were super comfy, shower did not have much pressure but it worked.

For the price the hotel was great. Lots of attention to cleanliness. The front entrance is very nice and the staff was excellent.

We spoke with the owner and were told that they are not able to keep staff for more than a day. They are struggling to get the rooms cleaned before the next clients arrive. It is basically two people trying to get everything done. The hotel is very old and run down, the outside is a mess however you can see the efforts on the inside. They are trying their best to make it work.

This is a below average hotel. You can see some upgrades done on the front desk and in the room but the exterior is very very run down but you don’t see it in the photos online. We were concerned about theft from our vehicle. The breakfast room was gloomy, unwelcoming and sparse. We did not eat there and went elsewhere. Being a Wyndham we were very disappointed. Pay a bit more and go elsewhere.

Just needed a place to stay before going to Jasper. Got to the room and there was no phone to call front desk and another door leading to outside was unsafe as part of the step was broken and feel like your going to fall. Was not happy with the free breakfast as told it was between 530 and 9 am and went around 8 am and nothing was left

The owner was very pleasant and chipper. The room, (two queens one king and a full kitchen), was lovely. Although the kitchen needs some work. The entrance from the parking lot needs a good clean up, super dirty and garbage all around the front door. However, the room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The outside of the property looked fine, it’s not a celebrity status hotel so I was expecting way worse. When I got inside it was clean and tidy. The gentleman working the front desk was very very nice and helpful. I booked 2 rooms, both rooms had a couple of random marks/stains on the walls throughout the room but this was not a deal breaker to me as it’s bound to happen with the volume of people that are in and out of the hotel. Everything else was amazing, the beds were exceptionally comfy. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

The outside needs work, but don’t judge a book by its cover! They are working hard to upgrade this property. Room was freshly painted, new carpet and new furnishings. Really want these lovely people to succeed.

This property is completely run down. Do not book it if you are looking for a clean and relaxing stay.

Where to start? How abiut the homeless dudes rummaging through the trash at the front door. Or the fact that no one works the desk and you stand there for 10 minute's waiting. The room was smelly, dirty and noisy. Then there is the breakfast with MOLDY, yes MOLDY bagels and rancid juice. The room was garbage, the hotel was horrid and not worth a cent I spent.

The trains were very noisy all night shuffling cars around. No Mention of breakfast but I found the breakfast room at 7 amish and the lights were turned off and not a soul around. I had some cereal and juice and left. Mind you this is a worker motel and they were gone early. Bed was super comfortable and cable channels were pretty good. I would stay again but as for a room away from the railway tracks.
